And definitely they do not need that whole act to get close to him (CEO) to strangle and threaten his life.
Therefore I find the whole switching faces and coffee scene unecessary.

yes. I get the concept of debt. But why do they have to do the whole act and exchange face? After they cleared the misunderstanding, basically Yeon can just go after the CEO and threaten his life. And then CEO will plead for Rang to save him. Therefore it's the same result.

I didn't understand the whole point of the 'act' that Yeon and Rang did. The one where they exchanged faces and drank coffee.
So if all it takes is to blackmail the CEO with his life, why didn't they do this a long time ago?

I'm also starting to worry that SeonHo might leave soon due to his sudden rise in popularity.
It happened with JoongKi in Runningman when they couldn't handle the schedule anymore. And when the cast are strong enough to carry on without a flowerboy ( although ofcourse SeonHo already proved he has more to offer for the show).

I am so far loving these cast! It reminds me of the start of Runningman when everyone is warming up to each other. It's fun to see how their relationship and closeness develops over time.
However I do avoid reading on the comments section on the site where I watch it.
It's annoying to see how blindly bias a lot of viewers are towards SeonHo. I also love him but some of his fans are extreme, hating of the PD for starving him, hating on Dindin or other members when then 'bully' him. Obviously these people do not understand how reality variety Ktvshows are.

With regards to the show I see how far they go sometimes and I respect the cast and crew for that. It does seem like they do starve (I remember the scene where they got scolded over uncook ramen they secretly ate) but I sometimes wonder if the losers are given more food offcam, because the activities are extreme and long hours. I'd probably pass out if I were them from hunger.

I agree! Also on some of those letters Grandma has been instructing him on what to write (so basically the DoSan from the letters is not exactly purely JipYeong but a fictional boy made up by Grandma and him). Understandably Dalmi had fallen for that ideal boy and considers him her first love. JP was never attached to young Dalmi nor developed feelings for her but rather his takeaway from the whole charade is he was able to express some on his longing(family and friends) in the letters. It seems to me that Dalmi was also an abstract character to him which served as sort of emotional outlet as well.
With this in mind I would not put a lot of weight on the letters but feels both JP and DS are on equal footing on the present. I also love JP but I think DS is also special. Yes, he's immature and naive a lot of times, but that makes him even more suitable for DalMi as they are able to grow together. If he ever was the DoSan from 15yrs ago, DalMi would probably not put him in a pedestal as the ideal boy (unlike JP's letter) but for sure given his level of emphaty and caring, Dalmi would have also developed feelings for him.

Grown up Imoogi although cute is not intimidating at all. Wish they had casted someone else, Heesung actor from Flower of Evil would probably have brought life to the character.

Tbh, I don't care much about the love story. Female lead's acting seems flat to me. What keeps me watching is waiting for Yeon and Rang to make up. I'm kinda annoyed with Yeon to not see how Rang only needs a bit of his attention and care, it's a bit selfish on how he solely focus on the girl. I'll be upset too if I was Rang.

He definitely amazing in 18again, such a fun dork on variety shows and overall good person in real life (based on the articles I read about his family situation). He's the kind of guy that everyone likes and feels friendly.
You can see it during guesting in Running Man and Knowing Brothers, the casts loves him.
Even JiHyo who is usually awkward with guests is comfortable around him. Overall he radiates positive energy.

Nah, we're just bias because we know DalMi is good. But look at it from CheolSan's pov. He actually make a lot of sense and his action is justified. They really still don't know DalMi and the relationship is technically built out of lies. It's reasonable that he worries she'll flip agains them. He's just looking out after his bros.

I doubt it's YongSan, they were friends since school. And he was with DoSan when they practically had nothing working for them. The trio are genuine friendship I believe.

Maybe it's the guy who made the ransomware that DoSan solved?
From the conversation it seems it was a big deal in the industry and DoSan put a stop into it.
Or could be a completely new character that got rejected from Sandbox. I would really dislike it if they put a dramatic stretch into it.

Yeah, I understand what you mean. I also watched ROY and I am completely disappointed. Wished I could take back the hours I spent watching it. But in my opinion I can confidently say StartUp is way way better than ROY. But yes, it does make sense for you to wait a bit for more episode release and see how the comments goes.

I like almost every character, even InJae is not that bad. However, I really dislike their Mother.
I understand divorcing your husband and choosing a luxurious lifestyle (obvious she's vain and materialistic), but completely abandoning your other daughter is next level selfish. She didn't even visit her or atleast try to get custody when their Dad died.
Okay, being abroad I'll give her the excuse of distance, but c'mon she could have atleast helped her financially. Pretty sure a few of her designer clothes and bags can pay for DalMi's tuition.
