I think what OP was trying to say is that there's no need to give out dramas to idols like it's charity or something. If she's a mediocre actress, or improving as you say, why should she get the role rather than another more deserving actress?

It's a part of culture. I would say it's similar across asian cultures, because it's the same here in south asia. Apart from that, it's also a writing device to move the plot along- how else is the story going to move forward if we don't have people pressing for details and conflicts arising?

Sky Castle is most similar to Penthouse & Escape of Seven. Perfect Marriage Revenge is very fast-paced, plus it has romance in it. Mine has very good writing + ratings.

Hii, not yet. I'm quite busy with work, so I'm just watching a few crime dramas for now. When I'm free, then I will concentrate fully and watch this fun show!
I would say it's pretty good so far. All the characters have their problems & goals that will hopefully be solved over the course of the show. But it's also funny and lighthearted compared to the recent (absolutely terrible) weekend dramas. If you're still hesitant, wait until some more episodes drop and then check in again.
