About the second couple personally I couldn't care less, I even skipped their parts in the novel so it wasn't that much of a problem for me, and I also think everybody knows it's not coming back, it's probably just wishful thinking for most
I have to agree about Na Eun, almost every scene she was in I was like "girl keep it together and have a little self-respect". Anyway, I think the main problem was that she looked very weak character-wise in comparison to Mi Ran, so that's probably why basically everything she did seems underwhelming, even tho I don't think she was that much of a bad friend all in all.

No, what I mean is, in those "bed" scenes that you mention they don't have actual sex. Since in the book it's explicitly depicted and the show follow the story very closely I can assure you that they have real sex only later on.

The living situation is just like that, they spend some time in Gu Hai's apartment and then they go back Bai Luo Yin's dad and so on.
