The serial killer did have time to hide her body, he simply kept her fingers as a trophy. Lee Dong Sik decided to not call the police because he thought she was dead, but without her body, she would have been written off as a runaway, just like his sister was. He wanted to use this chance to lure out the killer and get a confession :(

Title Beyond Evil
Through the Darkness or beyond evil? Which one should I watch first if I want to go from good to better?
Through the Darkness in my opinion is the least good of the two, it's more slow paced, more didactic and it has very few characters. It's still very good, but not as good.
