So much potential ruined by $5 budget :(
Not too good, kind of pointless. It had a lot of potential with the plot and the casting. This would've been so so so good if Dojeon liked Hana slowly and gradually instead of just suddenly liking her, it feels like things just happen, not gradually just abrupt out of nowhere like Yeoeun and Gongdae dating? It really has nothing to offer other than Xiumin being casted as the male lead, I did like Yeoeun and Gongdae though, Dojeon was also cute and likable. It honestly seems like the writers were really trying to give it a plot but it fell short due to this drama being so incredibly short. The mini fight in episode 5 would've been much more sad with the music in the background if it happened after awhile, but it happened just so suddenly?? Even with all I said I think the almost ending (just before the ending) was quite cute with Seolhee watching, too bad this drama wasn’t longer :( the dynamic between Hana and Dojeon was so cute! Was this review helpful to you?
Cute story! Worth watching.
Honestly it's still a bit average but this season is definitely much better than season 1, but the episodes are longer and focus less around vlog only so that could be why. The chemistry between Hongyun and Yechan is amazing, and I really like Yechans character. I still find it hard to connect with Hongyun or find much about her personality, the writers didn't write her very well she has no depth to her character other than being a girl who dates a lot and is easy. There's a lot of ad placement for a makeup brand which is a bit annoying but the crew needs money to fund all of the equipment and everything so it's understandable plus there's usually a lot of ad placements in web type dramas. I thought there was a weird time skip in episode 7 but the website I used just put the episodes mixed up, so the plot was fine, it didn't have weird time skips or sudden plot changes, everything seemed cohesive. In episode 8 there was a weird pee scene followed by an ad for makeup, it could've been left out completely I found it strange... Anyways I would recommend this, it was quite cute and the leads had lots of chemistry and I think the writer ended this season very well. Was this review helpful to you?
Nothing special.
I like the vlog style but the first episode confused me as it started at a weird spot. I had a hard time figuring out anything about the characters other than the fact Hongyun had a lot of boyfriends. I couldn't really connect with any of the characters and i didn't like that much. I'll probably end up watching season 2, 3 and 4. This kdrama feels rushed and a bit bland theres nothing special about it other than the vlog style I don't see that often, but I don't watch web type dramas very often, but I didn't click with any of the characters and I couldn't feel their true personalities, but maybe season 2 will help since this is so short. From what I've seen all the characters seem try hardish. I disliked the female lead at first she was a bit annoying but at episode 13 my mind changed. Hongyun and Haejin had no chemistry, Hongyun and Yechan honestly had the chemistry, but that might just be because Hyunwook is a good actor. I don't know if I'm missing something or I'm watching wrong episodes since it was hard to find all the episodes and I had to switch to another website but theres weird skips to completely different plots so I got confused. I liked the scenes more that weren't filmed like a vlog. I don't care for the ending but it has multiple seasons so it’s understandable I'll just have to watch the other seasons. Was this review helpful to you?
Went downhill fast.
Honestly it was good at first but it just went downhill from there. Normally I don't like cast changes but Yena and Jihan did a great job. This kdrama was a bit cringy at times but the acting is much better than first season. It seems like theres a few plot holes, I swear Mirae had already made her debut in the end of season 1 but in season 2 they acted like she didn't debut. Actually Mirae in general seems entirely different like we didn’t see any development she just started acting different she doesn’t call Seonji baby anymore or make funny random comments. I started disliking Mirae towards the end which is nuts because she was my favorite character before in season 1. Season 2 is honestly a bit better than season 1 and I think you could watch this and not miss the plot of season 1 , I would just watch this one instead honestly this could almost pass as a completely different drama, it seems entirely different but the same vibe. I like Chanyang so much his character is so good even if he doesn't show emotions very much Yoo Sunho did a great job even though I don't think that character is hard to pull off acting wise. The last episode had a weird time skip so it seemed off?? It could've been stretched into a few more episodes. I found Jihans portrayal of Seonji much easier to watch than Doahs. Some of the reviews said there could be a season 3 but I don’t see that being likely, it wraps up like its supposed to be the end but nothing was resolved? Theres nothing that seems like there would be a season 3 they wrapped it up like it's the end completely? But it’d make sense to have a third season. I still would recommend even if it was sort of lackluster in most areas. It's so short and i enjoyed most of the characters, just the plot falls a bit flat. Was this review helpful to you?
Watch!!
Seriously seriously seriously amazing. This has to be the best kdrama I've ever watched. The plot? Amazing. The acting? Amazing. All the plot twists? Amazing. Such an amazing drama the cast did a fantastic job of representing their characters, especially Lee Joongi with Do Hyunsoo. This entire drama was insane (good way). The entire plot changed quickly and switched the narrative very well. The directing is amazing. The writing is amazing. When I thought there couldn't be anymore twists and turns, there were more, extremely unpredictable which makes this drama even more enjoyable for me. I really love how the screenwriter and directors changed how the audience view Do Hyunsoo. I loved the ending but I wish we could've got to see Kyungchoon and Misook meet or anything about them because it felt like they were put on a back burner at the end when there could've been a small part of them meeting again or even Hyunsoo finding out what happened to his mom because it really didn't get discussed much after it was brought up. I really recommend this drama, it was one of the bests I've ever seen. Kim Jihoons acting was so good with how he portrayed Baek Heeseong. There were a lot of heartbreaking moments but flower of evil really is worth watching. Was this review helpful to you?
Not bad.
Honestly this wasn't bad at all, I'll give a summary of plot in case people would like to watch. Basically the female lead Dabit has death following her from her past life and tries to escape it. The acting and everything was surprisingly decent for this seeming quite low budget. The acting of those guys that are possessed is a bit funny though. If you like fantasy type dramas or historical I think you wouldn't hate this. I think this would've been better if it was longer (basically just not a web series). It gives off the vibe of some of the fantasy dramas on Netflix. I don't really have any complaints, this could've been a good gl though not gonna lie.Was this review helpful to you?
Good.
I enjoyed this. It was sad but, the acting was good and the plot was well thought out. The entire drama seemed cohesive, sometimes stories like these end up having plot holes or they're too tragic for me to handle, I could handle the sadness of this one, and although it was hard it was manageable to watch this one without feeling overwhelmed by sadness. I actually thought this would be sadder than it ended up being, I'm glad it wasn't as sad. I think everything wrapped up nicely but I wouldn't necessarily call it a happy ending, I thought it was even more sad the way it ended. I enjoyed the present story a lot, all the actors did a good job. I think honestly if the last few things I watched weren't so amazing I would be more blown away by this, it was a really solid story, the acting wasn't bad, and it was all enjoyable, so I can't give it a lower rating. Was this review helpful to you?
Boring.
This Drama seemed quite promising in the beginning, but it fell flat... Honestly, it felt like an awful Boys Over Flowers remake with bad acting and just an awful plot. I think there was potential but after episode 9 everything just went downhill. All the characters in the beginning annoyed me so badly, and in the end, none of the characters annoyed me anymore so I guess character development happened, but I did not see it happen, Baekhees development felt a bit forced... And this Drama didn't have that great of an ending. I wouldn't watch, It's too cheesy but not in an enjoyable way like how I found Boys Over Flowers to be. The Drama did have its moments where it was good but I don't think those few small moments are worth it enough to spend 16 hours on. I did expect too much considering 8.0 is quite high and everyone I've seen who has watched this enjoyed it, but it just wasn't for me.Was this review helpful to you?
Wouldn't recommend..
I can kind of see what the director was going for, but I just understood none of it, it probably would've played out way better if it was in an episode format and had the scenes leading up to the plot, it would've flowed so much better. I also wish there was some sort of backstory on the random character that showed up halfway through, maybe it's just me but I didn't get it. Live Again, Love Again just had way too many random cuts and plot holes that I couldn't enjoy it, I guess the one positive thing is how pretty Chaeyeon looked in thisWas this review helpful to you?
Better than Season 1!
Although it was frustrating at some parts I enjoyed it much more than the first season. I think the writers introduced Ara in a good way, I didn't suspect her at all at first, but as soon as she started doing things everything she did was way too predictable and annoying. I don't like the force of a love triangle throughout this entire season, Seunghyun deserved more than that. I really liked Jisung and Ahhoons characters, they brought more fun to this drama, especially Ahhoon. I found a lot of the drama in this to be completely avoidable at times so it was quite frustrating to watch, but I did like the plot of this season more than the first which is why it's rated higher! Lee Eunjaes acting is very tense?? in the first few episodes but it gets much better throughout this. I'd recommend if you like web dramas like this! Was this review helpful to you?
Average.
Best Mistake was good even maybe better than Be My Boyfriend until the last few episodes it just went down and down until it wasn't very good anymore, I'd have to say it was just quite average and the two leads liking each other felt forced on Yeondoos part, I get she started liking him but I didn't see any chemistry or anything on her part, more like she just dated him to date him. If she acted like she liked him in the last 3 episodes I'd understand them getting together but she seemed like she didn't care about him. Went downhill fast wouldn't recommend it honestly, there are better web dramas. Was this review helpful to you?
Solid story.
Solid storyline, Great character development especially for Hyungtak and Seungmin, I could really see both of them grow as characters in this web drama. I absolutely loved Minji, I just wish she maybe got more screen time. If you like romance, I'd recommend this to you, it's not lacking a plot and it doesn't feel rushed or too extra with tons of plot twists, it's just easy to watch and enjoyable. Out of most web dramas I've watched this is one of the ones that is the least lacking and feels like the acting is good. I enjoyed this!!Was this review helpful to you?
Strange.
It's so so weird but if you ignore how weird the plot behind everything is it's not too bad?? It's actually quite cute, I'm a bit ashamed about it, the plot definitely hasn't been done before (I think??). The lead is nice to look at so maybe that made it easier to forget how weird this is. I don't know it wasn't awful just kind of strange, I was hoping Ahyoung and Juho would happen but that wasn't the point of the story so it wouldn't have happened. Honestly I probably wouldn't have watched this if it was longer, I watched with 1.5x speed just in case I wasted my time, which I don't think I did. I think it's a cute web drama but it definitely is creepy, so I can't give it a higher rating. Was this review helpful to you?
A fine web drama.
If you asked me my opinion on season 2 when i was only at episode 6 I'd probably say it's boring and seems pointless, but as I kept watching it I realized it was much much much better than season 1, the breakup was pointless a bit but I feel like everything wrapped up well and ended up working out in the end for everyone. I'm also not sure if it's because it was season 2 but I found myself not hating Min anymore. I was frustrated a bit at certain parts though, like when Kimha just let Minji walk all over her and didn't fight back (adopting Dohas thing basically, it drove me nuts then too). I wish there was more Doha screen time, it felt like she was shoved to the back when there could have been good parts for her in the plot, it seems like she totally disappeared. I think Choi Bomin plays similar roles from what I've seen of him but he does play those roles well. I'd recommend you to watch this season a lot more than the first one, and I think you could get away with not watching the first one, all I have that makes the first one nice is nostalgia of watching it when it first came out, season 2 is objectively better. Was this review helpful to you?
Too much hype?
I watched A-Teen in 2018 when this was first released I decided to watch it again because I forgot mostly everything and ended up dropping it because I couldn't sit through it all (in 2018) I remember certain parts I think I only lasted up to episode 7. I wanted to see what all the hype was about again, but I don't think anything was very memorable. I liked Siwoo and Gihyun a lot. I had a love-hate relationship with Kimha entire time I watched this, hate --> feeling sorry and liking her --> hate --> thinking she's not so bad after all. I think it wrapped up nice but how likely is it that you could forgive someone after everything they did to you, Doha is much better than I could be. I noticed there wasn't very much chemistry between any of the relationships, it all felt a bit forced, also Jeongmins entire existence in this was quite pointless unless season 2 has her again. Was this review helpful to you?
