The plot is amazing too—a thriller with mature themes, vampire like themes(gmmtv truamtised me oh goodness) and mystery?? Oh, I can already smell the angst .The plot actually has me so invested because it’s not just romance, there’s an actual storyline and tension behind it. I just KNOW we’re about to suffer.

The way James shamelessly flirts with Ken. And the way he moved even closer when Ken asked why he wanted to be so close to him, only for them to kiss right after? I feel blessed that i discovered this series.I need them to be an official bl pairing cus i need new series from them.

the concept was so recycled it was the same shit all over again but the diff was just the timeskip and the setting .like LJ still hs the same personality no change whatsoever i expected him to be more confident daring and mature as emphasised in the novel .and things are moving wayy to fast .they should have followed the novel in the timeskip part

I'm kinda confused about some stuff:1. How is Ken both an Inspector and a Doctor? How is that schedule manageable?…
1.think it’s because it’s a small town, so they probably don’t have separate people for every role, especially since serious cases don’t happen that often until now plus he is two centuries old he is exprienced so it is managable 2.Ken kissed him because the blood touched his lips and it triggered that blood-lust instinct, kinda like the vampire concept. You can see that he specifically moves toward the wound James had on his lips, which is why he shifts to the left side. But James clearly has his own desire toward Ken, which is why he kissed him back. 4. He has a laptop, and he did have a phone, just not a smartphone. I think he relied on that phone for so long that he simply didn’t really care about having a smartphone 5. I don’t think it happened that fast. He basically isolated himself when it comes to relationships even friendships ,then James comes along and is the complete opposite—he’s chaotic, persistent, constantly in his business, crosses boundaries, challenges him and does things completely out of nowhere. He’s basically breaking through the emotional walls Ken has built around himself, so of course James is going to stand out to him. 6. We literally don’t know yet 😭 there’s still so much they haven’t explained

I don't think you understand what I mean by “plotline,” maybe I’m using the wrong terminology . What I mean is more like the build-up of their relationship and their overall trope. Personally, I just find that aspect of their story boring. It’s not necessarily that I dislike the characters, I just don’t find their relationship dynamic that interesting
I feel like some people are masking their hate for Boss by saying he’s ugly, which is honestly so shocking to me like 😭😭 are we being FR?? But either way, I feel like it might be because those fans were really attached to Tongtong and Inn(edge of horizon ml) as a ship. If boss is ugly clearly i look more like a cockroach .and tbh the casting is so perfect it fits their dynamic
OMGGG no episode 4 preview. they kisseddd URGHHH and they even kept kissing when the phone rang their chemistry is actually SOOO good. I love how I can literally read Ken’s emotions through his facial expressions and body language, it makes their scenes feel so natural. And that drunk scene was SO CUTE 😭😭 I was getting so many butterflies, I can’t.
I genuinely did NOT expect them to kiss all of a sudden now I’m wondering how they’re gonna react in episode 3. Like, will ken pull away and apologise and act awkward, or are they just gonna continue and the next day act like nothing happened??
