I'm still on my second rewatch only and up to ep. 32. The first time it aired, kisskh translations were rough so I actually missed a lot of the meaning since I never went back to rewatch. Now, I slowly watch a little a day. I find it hard to understand the translations sometimes. I really think there are times it's really not possible to translate true meaning. Most of the time, it doesn't matter but sometimes the wording can throw me off. The intricacies of the business plot and romance plot, and especially the mindset or psyche of key characters become clearer now, like the rivalry between HT and HY and why they clashed, why HT hid Hanhai, why HT secretly increased his position of Dongyang Medical, etc
