Other dramas have similar or even worse currently watching and completed and verified during its' first week yet they get 8.6 but Moonlit Reunion got 7.6, but it's so typical for Xu Kai dramas

Ever since Moonlit Reunion, I noticed unusual user activity on MDL for Xu Kai. I don't recall like this before. There were always few haters coming around, but it just feels different to me since Moonlit Reunion. It feels like a paid trolling campaign, and I can't help but think it's an extension of whatever started back in August.

I just clicked on one from that same channel VTV and it is negative in my opinion. It contains negative undertones saying good things, but underneath is not, painting him as an actor who "relies on Yu Zheng for security,' makes it sound like Yu Zheng is his security blanket, that he was an actor playing supporting roles (not true), "not an overnight sensation," blah blah blah and all while, it's saying good things but people watching it who don't' know Xu Kai will come away with wrong impression even if the video says obvious good things. I am not going to waste my time, as soon as I see the negative undertone, I don't watch it. It's really a video to glorify Yu Zheng. I actually stopped clicking on them over a year ago once I caught on. Other actors don't have this kind of negative undertones. Theirs are their own paid promotional even calling them a "national treasure," and defending the slightest possible negative thing on them; not sure who is paying for these on Xu Kai, they're not genuine enough for me.

you're doing a great job answering questions! I really admired your efforts. I got a trojan virus using kisskh so I haven't been able to rewatch it properly. I'll watch it on either Disney Plus or Viki much later. I think I pretty much understand the ending, but the last episodes the subtitles on kisskh were awful. I won't be using that site again.

This one is interesting. They get Xu Kai surface level only. It's fascinating how they can't figure him out... that's because they don't know anything about him. The one thing they got right is that Xu Kai is unique in the industry.

I saw the most venomous YT video on Xu Kai yesterday — full of unjust and blatant lies, so cruel.

MDL is like this when it comes to Xu Kai. I don't expect much from them. I think MDL is simply biased and acts unfavorable toward Xu Kai in all aspects, especially the ratings. They do everything possible to make it less favorable for Xu kai dramas, time and time again. It's no coincidence.

Why this tracker story sounds made up and engineered for spread, not truth

1. No source shown – The person says they “saw a message” but doesn’t link or quote it. That’s hearsay, not evidence.
2. Even they weren’t sure – The original sentence ends with a question mark. That shows the person wasn’t stating a fact—they were repeating a rumor with doubt.
3. Makes no sense – A tracker in a letter wouldn’t work unless he carried the letter around. Xu Kai wouldn’t carry a random letter around with an obvious lump. However, if this story was true—it would be criminal, but what motive would anyone have to intimidate Xu Kai?
4. Shows they don’t know Xu Kai – This person clearly doesn’t follow him. He’s told fans since the very beginning that he doesn’t accept money or gifts (that should include food). I never heard any fan giving him food.

If 800 meters come out later in 2025, that's amazing for a Xu Kai drama to air the same year it wrapped, but then it's only 20 episodes, my goodness! I"m really hoping for 800 meters to do really well. It has such a great cast and story.

I bet Xu Kai is very well respected by everyone who knows him and has worked with him. He's worked with many producers and esp. the directors, I bet they all love working with him and know what kind of person he is. I doubt anyone who knows Xu Kai believes any of the rumors about him. Xu Kai fans too aren't swayed by the negativity.

There is zero evidence Xu Lisha ever dated Xu Kai. She has not provided a single picture she took of him or a picture of her with him side by side or in a group setting. Also, based on her MDL profile, I believe she lied about being in Hengdian in Aug 2022. She didn't have a movie during that time. Can anyone find evidence she was filming a movie in Aug - Dec 2022 at Hengdian like she said she was dating Xu Kai during that period when Xu Kai was filming, I think it was SEL at the time.
