There were a some way cute moments in the show, it's just most of them had little to do with the romance aspect of it. I really don't remember much regarding the romance parts but the bromances are another story. The relationships between Hedgehog and Grandpa and Hedgehog and Choi were absolutely the best, so very cute and so funny I just want to go back and re-watch those scenes again. The romance between Hedgehog and Panda left something to be desired for me but it was ok. The ending felt rushed and I thought it could have been better but the story was pretty good though mostly predictable. There were some very likeable characters in it including Choi's tomboy sister. The two males leads were very attractive so very easy on the eyes in that department. It also seemed to start some side stories and not really finish them which bothered me some but it was worth watching. I didn't watch it for the cakes but they were really great too.

This I found on Netflix as "The Bodyguard" and it looked like it would be a fun action movie. It was pretty good but not what I was expecting.
The story was a bit slow; more of story based then just action though it had a decent amount. The action that was in it was pretty great. The old guy had some mad skills. The fight scenes were really well done and very smooth. It was worth watching just for that. The story was sweet with a touch of sad. There was some mild graphic moments so not really for kids.

The first few episodes were ok except the lead girl who just drove me crazy then the episodes went way down hill after that till episode 11 and 12 which were likely the best 13-16 were ok also and it had a good ending. My favorite couple were Mr. Robot and Ms Weird. I didn't feel that the main leads even had any type of romantic chemistry for the majority of the series but once they did it was cute. The lead female just looked plan stupid to me for most of the series as well and I hated her eye expressions but she started being slightly cute by the end of the series. The mystery I think was put there to make up for the lack of romance but it was pretty predictable and you basically know who did it by the end of the second episode but you weren't sure till halfway through. The late triangle addition just aggravated me. I really just felt like the mains relationships was either to slow to develop and then it was just there which was kind of annoying as well. It ended well though for the most part but I still like the Manger and writers couple story the best.

I have similar feelings as the review before me. The show started out decent and I was getting into it then about 3/4 of the way through I could barely get through it any more and had to force myself to finish it. I wasn't invested in it at all. There were cute moments in the beginning and then it fizzled for me. The whole time I wanted to throttle eun bi kid. That she could get away with behavior like that just didn't set well at all but then I guess I never knew kids that could or would behave like that when I was growing up. The mom also bothered me as being a bit to childish and simple and I just didn't see her a very cute. I know her behavior as supposed to be cute and innocent but it just didn't seem right or something was off. The Manny was cute though and had a cute smile. I also liked the sister Janice. I think she is beautiful and I have seen the actress in a few other shows and I just like her "I'll kick you butt" attitude. It had funny parts and it had some cute parts I guess and it started out ok but it just completely fizzled. I also just thought the end was stupid but that's just me and I like my well rounded and finished happy endings and though it was meant to be a happy ending I just didn't feel it at all.

The acting was good, especially by Kenichi but the movie was not what I expected. It seemed to have a little bit of a Donnie Darko type of feel to it but not really and I'm not sure how to explain it. The picture looked like a comedy but it called it a drama and romance. I'm still scratching my head about the meaning behind everything; I just don't get it. I watched the whole thing but in the end I was just confused. On saying that though, Kenichi is such a versatile actor and plays some really interesting roles and he does it very well and this is no exception. This might be a great movie for those that like sort of ambiguous, weird, slightly dark and cracked kinda of movies.

There were things off in this, like the acting of some of the characters and some things weren't very logical and romance was a little cheesy and too innocent but I had to score it well because there were a lot of cute scenes and I always like when the male/female leads aren't swayed by other male/female support and that there was trust involved. It seemed a little drawn out and I would have liked to have seen more physical romance but there was a lot of cuteness and cuties and it didn't stress me out in a bad way.

I own two sets of this dvd. I would have rated it higher but just couldn't due to the ending. The movie itself is a bit dark and I wasn't happy with the end at all but I just fell in love with Sho and Kei characters and with their relationship. It's so cute because Sho "Gackt" is so much taller than Kei "Hyde" the vampire but Kei is the mature grown up and guides Sho. There is a lot of action and cool and funny fight scenes and cute romance scenes and bittersweet friendships. I don't usually deal well with movies that are a bit melancholic but I just loved the characters in this I couldn't help myself. This was the movie that started me on my Asian music kick and infatuation with Gackt. I remember the first time I ever saw this in 2003 or 2004, I rented this a dozen times. I don't usually check the credits but I had to see who Sho and Kei were and to this day I'm a total Gackt fan though I never really got into Hyde's music he is still so awesome I love them both and will so watch anything they are in even if it's sad I don't think I would do that with any other artists.

I liked a lot about this but there was also a lot that bothered me. Still it was a really good show and I would totally recommend people to watch it if you like action and a touch of romance, hot guys and intrigue. However, for me, it lacked the ending I crave and so I base a lot on what I think of an ending. It wasn't a bad ending just not my kind of ending. It was too ambiguous for me and not the final, polished, finished, fabulous ending I like. But as it was not meant to be a romance drama it still ending well. It seemed to leave it open for a second part. The story was great and though not typically my type of show it was very good.

I'll first repeat...this is for mature audiences omg. This was the first kdrama I've seen that was that....graphic...sexually. I really like the actors as I've seen both Choi and Lee in several movie though nothing like this. I loved how the added in the sex via art work instead of turning the actors into porn stars. The story was cute and the acting was great. I enjoyed the movie and would recommend to those 18 or older lol.

I liked it a lot. It wasn't overly stressful to watch and I love loyalty in any romantic lead roles. Lots of cute guys and the acting was good. There were many cute and sweet moments and it's always nice to see a lead that appears to be able to actually kiss in an Asian drama. All the characters were well rounded and played well off each other. I liked that there were no near death experiences except the goldfish and they were saved at the start. I was impressed that the writers did NOT fall into the typical Asian drama trap where the story required trains or airplanes or long drawn out separations, evil ex's, missed phone calls, missing each other by a fraction of a second on the street or huge stupid misunderstanding to progress the story. They totally bypassed all that nonsense and did it all fabulously and still had the leads like each other early on and never had them hate each other after getting together. I mean they really did well I thought. I want to find more similar to it.

I'll start backwards here. The end was good, sweet, I liked the last 5 minutes of it. Happy, happy, cute, cute. However, the story seemed to lack something important. It seemed to be hard to follow in that I wasn't sure what the actors were trying to say or convey. Oh and Ji Eun's "friends" I wanted to pull my hair out I hated them so much. Am I being a bit to harsh? It was also so back and forth I could hardly stand it, I wanted to scream. I hate feeling like that at all. I know sometimes it might be unavoidable in a drama but if I watch 16 episodes of something and I feel that way through nearly all of them or some part of every episode I don't care how great it ends in that last 5 freakin minutes it was hardly worth watching. I totally skipped half epsisode 15 because I couldn't take it. Ah but the lead guy young jae was too cute with his little boy faces though I'd probably want to kill him in real life, he was totally cute though I wanted to beat him most of the series.

It wasn't a bad movie and of course Kenichi was great and I saw several other actors that I recognized they also did well. The acting was well done. It might have been a better score but the site I finally found to watch the movie had the worst translation. It was more gibbirsh the decernable but I was able to get the jest of the movie which also was a little confusing. As the last review said, there was also a lot of flying about. Actually it was more like leaping and some of the ninjutsu reminded me a lot of the anime naruto and some of it was pretty good. I don't know if it was the way the movie was laid out or if it was because the translations were so bad but I really didn't have much in the way of feelings for any of the characters. Of course I was rooting for Kamui and he was way cute and the action was good so out side of the horrible subs it wasn't bad.

I am a die hard \"You\''re Beautiful\" fan and after watching this I still prefer the K-version over the J-version. I thought the J-version seemed to be missing the depth, humor and feeling (and hotness) of the K-version. However, on saying this, it was still very good and the ending was much better and more finished then the K-version. It took that extra two minutes and finished it off so nicely. I also loved that they brought in Jang Geun Suk in one of the episodes as himself, ah so cute.
I also thought the J-version did very well in voicing Ren and Mio\''s like for each other. \"Ren\" the Hwang Tae Kyung of this version grew on me pretty fast. So I was able to accept him quickly. \"Mio\" the Go Mi Nam of this version is very good also and is pretty much the same in either version to me just not quite as ditzy acting. The other two main guys I never really excepted very well I can\''t even remember there names in J-version. Sadly, it was too hard for me not to compare them to Jeremy and Shin woo. But the story is not entirely the same so it was different enough to keep me interested. I still liked it a lot because the story is still a great one.

Ok so I really liked the anime for the most part though I hated the end and I was completely prepared for the end when I finally got to watch the movie. I was so happily surprised by the movies end I had to give a higher rating because of it even though other parts were disappointing. I guess a lot of people didn't like the end because it wasn't like the anime. That was one of the things I hated about the anime. So personally I was very thrilled this ended different.

I do wish it had more romance and more passion and a better chemistry with the leads though. There were some changes but I liked some of them (like the end). I had to watch the end again just because. Not that it was fantastic, it wasn't at all but I was just so happy they changed the ending it didn't even bother me that it was like a minute long and I wanted a more finished thorough ending.

If I hadn't seen the anime I might have been more lost or more disappointed I don't know but you can't pack a whole series into one movie without losing something. Also the actors didn't really look much like the characters from the series either but they were cute. I guess they felt they had to tone it down a bit. George, yeah left something to be desired but I think some of that was because they left out all the sex and touchy feely parts. The anime Georgie was a poker face and I was never sure what he was thinking since he never said how he felt. In the movie I thought he expressed his feeling fairly well considering they never had sex in the movie. I will be watching it again.

For me 8 is very high mark. It has lots of cute, funny scenes and the chemistry between the actors is really great. I loved all the characters. They were all different and compelling. I have re-watched it several times in the last week especially the first 45 minutes because that is probably the best part of the movie. I would have like to seen more character development but how much can you put in a movie. I'm looking for it to buy now. The homosexual level didn't bother me and was kinda of sexy but depends on peoples sensitivity. To me it wasn't too overpowering or pushy as far as I was concerned though there is a higher level after the first hour but Kim Jae Wook made it look sexy (the gay of demonic charm) so funny and seeing him dancing in the club was worth it for me, damn at the hotness. Were those really his abs? The guys are hot HOT and I love Kim Jae Wook and Yoo Ah In anyway and they are fantastic actors as well is being so cute and hot. Hmm did I mention hot? The owner of the shop is pretty hot too without is old man stash going on so I might have too look up some of his work too. I have watched the Japanese drama and though they go into a bit more detail with some of the characters (though somewhat different then the movie) I loved the movie much more and the guys were hotter in the Korean version and more expressive and I think a better chemistry in my opinion. I'm starting the anime now but I think I will like this Korean version over them all.
