I hated to rate this a three but decent didn't cute it for me. I am not a teen anymore but I still like some high school dramas but I really had to force myself through this one. Every episode was depressing and I kept thinking it would get better but it kept getting more depressing and then bam. It ended the way it started...depressing. I still can't believe I wasted 10 hours on that. I guess I hate giving up on things and held out the hope of it getting better. It seemed to have that potential. I like vampire stories but I don't like the miserable sad, depressing ones. It took me a week to get through it but it's done and don't want to repeat.

I'm a happily ever after girl and I hate tear jerkers and I avoid them like the plague as a rule but once in a while you find one that just appeals to you in some way and not sure how but this was one of those that I decided to chance. Even going in knowing there would be some tears. It really was a great movie, I loved it and the couple were so epic in their rightness for each other. I would have scored higher but I do add and subtract points for each part and endings are a part that gets bonuses for happily ever afters and this one wasn't going to get those points. However,scoring an 8 for me is pretty great in itself so barring the tears....ok, even with the tears, it was really great and super sweet. Cute moments laced the film. Another thing is the lead male's character....are there really guys that freakin awesome? I want one! The couple itself had a great chemistry. Their relationship was so adorable and sweet and cute and just that alone makes your heart skip a beat watching it. For those that don't do tear jerkers, I hear you and I'm totally with you but sometimes it's ok to make that sacrifice.

The un shown end might be inevitable but I liked that they ended the movie in such a way that it so closely boarded on happy that it made it watchable even for us happy ending girls/guys. Yes, there are tears....and some more tears and but also really a lot, a lot, of silly smiles and grins....really, they may even out weigh the tears.

I just re-watched this. I loved and didn't love this movie. It was actually pretty good I just couldn't come to grips with parts of it. I don't know how to call it. I loved the possibilities and its potential but it sort of fail a bit flat. The story left me with questions I still wanted answered and an empty feeling inside because it didn't end the way I wanted. Not that it was necessarily a bad ending, it just wasn't the ending I wanted. My ending might have been a bit morbid but I liked the prospect better then the actual outcome. It also needed more of the Adam character, that's what I really watched it for. I love Hyde and the dark romantic quality he brings to the film. Hyde's acting was a bit dry and seemed to lack the emotion I thought the film should have had but I loved the character all the same. And I cried all the same and I hate to cry. I would still watch it again, at least the scenes with Hyde in it anyway and the music was good too. It was haunting and sad but good. I even found the soundtrack.

I watched this some years ago and decide to rewatch recently. There are a lot of moments I was embarrassing for Bo Ri but I loved that she was a strong female lead which I think is important. The actors are great. The characters chemistry was good and I love the two leads as actor and actress. I've seen them both in other shows and I'm always a fan due to their great acting abilities. They also have a great supporting cast that add to the shows side story lines but most of the time I wasn't much interested in the side stories so much. It also is a HEA.
On the down side, which wasn't too bad, was that I didn't like the wishy washness of the decision making that went on but it was easy enough to get through. It does tend to drag here and there but other wise cute and funny. I think it could have used a bit more skin ship but still had it's share of moments. It never made my heart quake or leave me shivering with excitement but it was still good and I'll likely watch it again down the line sometime.
