Does anyone in China know the legal system - the doctor Julia gave Mu zhao' s medical records to review. In the US, it's against the law to show a patient's medical records to someone without the patient's sign off for privacy reasons. She may be his ex but I don't think Zhao would have given his signoff. Happy to hear from anyone who knows.
