It airs 12:00pm in China. That's pretty early.... With the time difference, I get it at 2:30 in the afternoon where I am. Most drama's I've watched in the past would air in the evening in China.

if every CP or ML in a drama followed that trope and had the same traits, it'd get repetitive and boring. You have to have different kinds of characters and different kinds of relationship dynamics to keep it interesting. And tbh it makes sense for his character to be this way - at least at this point in the drama.

They do fall in love with each other (As both the actors have already said) so I'm going to say it's pretty unlikely they are brother and sister in the drama. As someone else said, her parents worked for the Yan's.

I like him. I think his character is interesting. I'm really enjoying how its unfolding between him and Duanwu. I find LYN pretty charismatic in general.

Not feeling too much for the sml. At least not yet.

Seeing as they've been described as "falling in love with each other" and "lovers" by both Lusi and Liu Yuning I'd say they're not siblings. 😅

There is definitely some degree of romance. They have both talked about their characters falling in love with each other. From the reuters and promo stuff there is some skinship. hugging hand holding, forehead touching, loaded looks etc. I dont know if there are any kissing scenes for sure yet. But there could be.

I think they may be referring to this clip. Their relationship is the complicated kind and starts from a darker place.

It's always been my favourite trope too. So I'm looking forward to seeing how their relationship plays out in this one!
I'd say Till the end of the moon is probably my favourite ETL C-Drama.

I'll look into some of the ones on your list, because the trope never gets old.

I think the "enemies to lovers" dynamics is actually something that draws many people in.

If you're on episode 17, then you are in the dream arc. "Bo're Life" Tantai jin, Ye Xiwu (and Ye Bingchang and Xiao Lin) entered the dream of the sleeping dragon. The dragon (The God of War Ming Ye's true form) has been under the river for 10,000 years experiencing the past in a looped dream. They entered the dream and experienced the past/memories as if they were those characters in order gain enlightenment. We learn about the original Ancient Devil God and the war with the gods 10,000 years earlier. The impact of this experience on TTJ and Ye Xiwu/Li Susu's relationship and the story itself unfolds after they leave the dream.
