Aren’t they just actors now and not really idols anymore? I think there’s a bit of a mix-up—I thought you were talking about current idols who also act, not former idols who’ve fully switched over to acting.... most of these are good choices except hyeri and jisoo.. they're acting is mehh to me
Why blow the budget on such a star studded cast just to serve this? Like be serious…the webtoon practically handed you a hit on a silver platter. Great story, strong characters, built-in fanbase… and this is what we get? Make it make sense. 😭😭😭
TELL ME which female idol would look the best as the female lead with jcw in romantic drama ?
he needs to be paired with seasoned actresses who can actually match his acting level.. so maybe if there's seasoned idol female actors who’ve proven their chops, maybe one of them could work
It's really not if you have the proper expectations on the genre. This is first and foremost a family melodrama.
this happens in a lot of places to be honest… I read manhwas and mangas just like I love watching kdramas, and people there do the exact same thing. They hype themselves up over some version of the story that only exists in their head, and then rate it low or complain when it doesn’t deliver that instead of judging what’s actually in front of them
Nonetheless, imma let this stack up episodes and give it a try. I’m currently watching Law and the City and I lowkey regret starting it early 'cause now I’m stuck waiting every week 😅

I honestly had no expectations—I was just planning to watch it since I’m off today, plus there’s romance and it stars Dong Wook and Sung Kyung. But man, that rating is something else. I don’t usually care if it’s around 7.8 to 8.3, but 7.2 is wild
I’m really enjoying this drama —no over the top characters, no forced villains...leads are actually smart and competent at their jobs. the friendship is real and they actually communicate and spend time together... cases get wrapped up in two episodes, and when something’s brought up, it doesn’t get ignored and you're bound to hear about it again unlike other dramas.. the romance is chill.. hopefully it doesn't get ruined with some last minute breakup or something lol
Sorry, I don’t really remember much, but the drama was decent enough if you’ve got the time. The ending was just kind of meh — that’s about all I can recall.
4 years later he's still acting like crazy if not craizer
or maybe he just genuinely loves acting?? Not everyone’s out here chasing paychecks...Some actors actually enjoy their craft and want to keep growing no matter how many projects they do a year
bro the last time i watched mun ka young was back in 2022 ... just few weeks after I first started getting into kdramas. Hopefully this new drama hits..(odds are it prolly will)
