https://mydramalist.com/33035-bai-mai-tee-plid-plew have you seen this one?
Both of them give me the similar addiction of watching a makjang drama (my favourite genre) if you liked Bai Mai Tee Plid Plew I'd recommend Hua Jai Sila (2019) I don't see that drama in your lists :D
I found out some of the background music from the drama are composed by the same music composers of Eulachacha Waikiki https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz-dLtqBBFU no wonder I felt a similar vibe!
That scene in Goblin is iconic though. I was laughing the first time I saw it xD I was watching I Picked Up A Star On The Road and they did that similar cat-walking scene too in EP 1!
Well I won't try to understand anything at this point as its ending next week ( I understand nothing at all -…
I knew it was coming as soon as I saw that weird light in the middle lmao I was watching another drama I Picked Up a Star on the Road and they did the Goblin catwalk too!
I loved it so much. It’s a drama that u will either love or hate. It’s not a normal romantic drama. It’s…
I agree with newer dramas being boring - I've been bored with most airing k-dramas since last year, especially the popular/hyped dramas. It was mostly makjang/revenge k-dramas & lakorns that pulled me out of drama slumps but I don't see much of them anymore nowadays :/
That "B-class shows will never die" scene - why does the background music sound familiar? It sounds like it could've been used in Eulachacha Waikiki xD
I liked The Exorcist Meter opening too, I'm watching the sequel on TV with my sister. I remember Hubert Wu came to Toronto last year with a few other actors and that was one of the songs he sang in the TVB Fairchild party show! A few of my favourite HK opening themes in other dramas were: A Great Way to Care 1 & 2 (Juno Mak & Edwin Siu) Beyond the Realm of Conscience (Susanna Kwan) Deep in the Realm of Conscience (Nancy Wu) even though I didn't like the sequel. ..also the Cantonese opening theme of Wu Xin the Monster Killer by Alfred Hui, if that counts.
I recognize the song so much, but I genuienly can't remember from where I've heard it or if it's just similiar…
yeah I get frustrated whenever my favourite bgm in other dramas don't get released, I used to spend so much time trying to cut/edit the music from the episodes just to listen to them.. and uploading them to Youtube - here's my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/angelcat19
It gets better after episode 10. If you can last that long.
lol it shouldn't take a 16 episode drama that long to get good... I wasn't a huge fan of Goblin but I'll admit it was more entertaining than this drama ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That's two Fridays in a row they don't air this show grrrrr. I actually look forward to this one!
Yeah idk why but I noticed they also did that with the previous daily drama Gracious Revenge a few times. Why do I feel more motivated to watch daily makjangs than some popular/hyped dramas lol

omg I just realized it played in the actual drama when Sun Woo put up her wedding picture in ep 1 0:26, it is a longer version of the song! I forgot about this because I watched eps 1-2 back when there were only 8 eps out and put it on hold to binge watch after it was done airing... I tried Shazam again (still didn't work) and uploading that part of the song to Youtube but there were no copyright claims on the video (which shows the song & artist name). I couldn't find it in the official soundtrack either?? The song reminds me a bit of Devilish Joy, where some of their background music had acoustic guitar music + vocals in it. Unfortunately that drama didn't release their bgm ost (and I really loved the instrumental music in that drama) T_T
I just started this and I like it! I've been bored with many popular/hyped dramas but this one felt funny in the first few episodes :D lmao that Goblin cat-walking in ep 1! -- I recognized 2 background music were from Reunited Worlds - ep 3 1:00:05 ep 4 27:36 at ep 4 52:09 the music sounds very familiar it reminds me of Eulachacha Waikiki (plus a few other BGM too)
I couldn't really finish the reply series, dramas like Be Melodramatic and Age of Youth made me fast forward so…
I didn't watch those ones you listed but I ain't a fan of slice of life dramas/anime either, I get bored of them easily. I've tried 8 eps of this but still couldn't get into it. But maybe you might enjoy it more since you like the casts...
