I really want to like YWJ and YDZ but for some reason I just can't feel their chemistry. When they appear on the screen it just feel bland to me, like they're just reading their lines. I want all the angst and chemistry specifically from these two
if you want to see his range of skills, watch The Bond. his character is the complete opposite of CangXuan.
I have actually watched The Bond and thorughly enjoyed it. The family dynamic between each siblings was relatable. His characterin there, if i remeber correctly was quite slow witted but is able to figure out the situation. I watched the drama for MXT but I actually liked his character.
This second half of Lost You Forever went downhill. It was not as captivating as it should've been. It fell short to its first half and it was such a shame. Either way, I guess I still enjoyed some parts of this half. Yang Zi was great and the reason I watched this. But literally, the one that took my breath away was Zhang Wan Yi. OMG, his acting was top notch. Lost You Forever was my first time seeing him and now I cannot wait to see wait to see more of his projects.
I was really unimpressed with today's episode. Tushan Jing's death felt so anticlimactic that I felt nothing. It made me wonder if this was what I felt when I read the novel. The only thing watchable in today's two episodes was the last 5 minutes of episode 18. Right now, Yang Zi's acting is the only thing keeping me watching. Oh, and if this all turns out to be a dream, then that's it for this drama. The second half would have really let down what the first half have built. 🤦♀️
Take the last four episodes, for example:- The super sweet and romantic proposal scene where XY gets super shy…
whaaaat?!? I know you said you didn't want to get into it but is it really changed for CX killing TSJ to a dream? As disappointed as everything has been, this would make me drop everything and rate this second season a 0. lol. Like this is supposed to such a pivotal part in the story for Xiao Yao's character development in regards to Jing's death forcing her to confront her deepest sorrows, fears, and loss. In additions this scene was suppose to show the lengths CX is willing to go to achieve what he wants and desired.
I've been a big Ru Shou fan from his first appearance. I can't believe he's going to make me cry so hard.
He really is quite a character. With his minimal appearance he leaves a huge impression. He really is just so loyal to Haoling, also a voice of sense and reason to the King of Haoling. He is also just a good person overall, especially towards A Nian. Yesterday's episode with him consoling A Nian was so adorable. Now that his ending is coming, I'm not sure if I'll be prepared for it 😭
I've grown to adore A Nian so much! Her character development has been incredible, and I'm really hoping she doesn't end up with Cang Xuan. I've loved Ru Shou since season 1, and I wish his ending could change!
