I was merely giving you a suggestion on why you shouldn't skip them, but if you see it as an attack, then it is not my fault. Also, it's a fact that this story is about Seunghyo and Seokryu's, not the real actors themselves. Either way, choice is yours to make whether to skip or not.

I suggest for you not to skip both episode 9 and 10, as these two episodes are very significant for both Seokryu and Seunghyo's relationship progress. Heading straight episode 11 alone would lose the meaningful essence this drama is trying to convey with its storyline and realistically written characters. You wouldn't be able to have complete understanding and feel all the needed emotions in such depth once you watch the meaningful scene of theirs at the latter part of episode 11. It would be unsatisfactory and not that impactful. Also, this drama is literally their characters' story whether you like it or not.

True! That's how beautiful that moment is between the two of them. The writer seriously did another brilliant job with handling their confession because they showcased the significant transition of their childhood friendship to romantic relationship in that exact way. It is so Seunghyo and Seokryu coded and I definitely agree, it is more romantic and meaningful.

Exactly. For him, it's a confirmation of her feelings, a literal 'I love you' or 'Yes' to his confession in French. Otherwise, he wouldn't have initiated to kiss her in the first place.

I doubt those people who complain about such things over again are even really watching this drama. Their complains utterly makes no sense at all. It was so freaking obvious through the characters actions and dialogues they exchanged, you needn't even have to be a relationship expert, be in a relationship or have a childhood sweetheart to be able to understand them. At this point, they are honestly just nitpicking every single thing about this drama. Not to be mean but when I see such comments myself, it makes me question if their IQ is really that low or they simply are in another drama realm of their own because they still can't seem to grasps such simple and evident things.

I share the same sentiments with you, as of now I don't really see any chemistry between them. I am only seeing them more like friends rather than lovers. They just don't have much sparks between them yet. Also, Peng Gao's actions at the very beginning when they both just met was kind of too over the top for me, I even think at some point Evelyn felt uncomfortable around him.

Her answer clearly changed or else she wouldn't have made such a bold move. It was obvious through her actions how she feels. Also, her confession wasn't made in a 'simple' way as blurting out "I like you too" or something like "I love you". The writer made her confession be conveyed in a meaningful way, where all the things she mentioned are considered momentous or special between the two of them only. Those things she mentioned were deeply connected from their childhood which shaped their relationship up to this point, those words weren't merely just words for them but held significance as in each of those words she had mentioned contains their beloved memories together. In short, her "Yes" or "I love you" was said in a beautiful way as that.

Jung Haein is an insanely talented actor. I have long known he is good at microexpressions and talented, but damn whenever those heavy scenes of his comes onscreen, I feel hit by a truck of his emotions because of how he brings them all out. Even if his character fails to speak or doesn't speak at all, I would still be moved and have river of tears flowing down my eyes. I will never just get used to such scenes of his.

Well, that's understandable. I often tend to have such moments too. I think that's the charm of watching a romcom drama that has angst and melo in it, will literally test your patience to the core. You'll def get the hang of it!

I agree, that is also the very reason why I prefer to watch romcom dramas with some angst in them to keep me interested. These days, I find it hard to watch pure romcom dramas alone.
