Regarding your question, from what I remember, there are very few jumpscares, if any at all. What makes the movie feel intense is more the sudden loud sound cues and the unpredictable movements and actions of the zombies rather than traditional jumpscares. So if you're mainly concerned about frequent jumpscares, I don't think it's something you need to worry too much about.
Although it that is the case, there is one thing I am confused about. Whether Li Feibai knows about the tragedy that befell on Li Shan Mountain since he's been aiding Ye Li and her plans or he only knows part of it???
