I think that's because the episode for fox clan arc was longer than expected, the plot does pick up again after that and gets much more interesting.

This drama will certainly be very entertaining especially for avid romance lovers, it's quite rare to get this much couple storyline in dramas. I am very much looking forward to this drama. I'm familiar with majority of the cast here as they played support roles in other dramas before, so am glad to see them all as main role this time 💖

I'm glad to know this drama ended with a happy ending. I am still 14 episodes behind as I have only started watching this the other day yet I am already so obsessed with it that I am almost half way through the story already.

I didn't watch ALP but from what I know the main leads characters were adapted from that drama, they were just a second couple there. MM is not a sequel but a completely different story.
