This show has been fun so far but I'm getting major second-hand embarrassment from Seungyeon. The part where Taeeun and Sooro were chilling on the couch and she's like just like imma interrupt and be a third wheel like why?? Who does that? I really liked her for the first few episodes so it's sad to see how immature she is. She's the type of person that doesn't take no for an answer.

As an introvert myself, I'm rooting for Nadine. You go girl! I love her personality and the rest of the cast seem really kind as well. For some reason I'm getting bad vibes from Dongwoo. He seemed really sweet and stuff and then he pulled the Jintaek move and I was like NOPE not this again.

Yes, but her feelings for ML never waver throughout the webtoon so it's very one-sided. I think she sees SML as just a friend.

It starts off very interesting, since she is pretending to be his dead wife (his first love) and essentially lying to him to stay alive. But afterwards when they both recognize their feelings for each other, it's quite sweet.

The webtoon is so amazing! It's been a while since I read it on Naver so I don't remember all the details, but if you're looking for a sweet romance where the ML and FL are dedicated to each other, this one's for you =)

Really? She's like way nicer than the other first wives that you will see in other dramas who typically abuse the FL. She's basically a perfectionist and a workaholic so I can actually relate to her. Being a perfectionist is really tough, you never feel like you're good enough. Yes I do think that she's a bit too strict sometimes, but overall she seems like a kind person. The best part is she never tries to get in between ML and FL which is such a breath of fresh air.

Good memories! Devil Beside You is such a classic, most people who like Taiwanese dramas will have watched that. I remember in high school I watched lots of Taiwanese dramas. Nowadays, there aren't as many good ones which is too bad.

I really enjoyed this mini drama! I thought the leads had good chemistry and the ML's acting is great. However, it's a pity that it was so short because I would've liked to see the couple take their time to fall in love. I also wanted to see more scenes with cute Yuan Bao. I think the only flaw of this drama is that I have no idea how Prince Ning fell in love with Shi Qi, it baffles my mind haha. Basically every time they interact, he's trying to touch her inappropriately and she is literally rejecting him and running away from him. I get that he's supposed to be a playboy turned good, but I just didn't buy it.

I know a lot of people say that LBFAD is the best xianxia drama of 2022. But for me, it is one of the best xianxia dramas that I've seen in the past 3 years. If China is able to make more dramas that have a good storyline and good CGI, hopefully we will be seeing some high quality dramas in the next few years.

As someone who enjoys reading webtoons, I think when they do drama adaptations, it's hard to live up to the expectations because we know the webtoon is so good. And sometimes they completely change up the plot and characters so that it doesn't flow as well as the webtoon. I think What's Wrong With Secretary Kim and A Business Proposal were definitely special because they stayed quite faithful to the original webtoon and all the actors have amazing chemistry.

Lee Da Hee with Si Won? I'm so down! I have a feeling they're going to have amazing chemistry and they're both great actors. Can't wait for this one!

I thought I would like this drama...but I can't with all the cruelty. Within a few episodes there is so much slapping, beating and just torturing of the main female lead. It's too bad but I think I'm going to drop this one.

Sungjae has shown really great acting skills in other dramas so I'm definitely excited for this!!

Yeah same here! I actually don't want a season 2 of this drama because I think this drama is so amazing and we don't need a mediocre season 2 ruining it. I would much rather they film a totally separate drama together so they can reunite and fans can be happy 😊

These two are so adorable! 🥰 I don't think they're dating right now but I think Didi definitely has a crush on Esther and seeing their interactions, she might feel the same way. I'm happy with them just being friends but if they do end up dating all of the fans will jump up and rejoice 😃

I honestly don't remember the last time I watched such a high quality Xianxia! I have been waiting for so long to rate a Cdrama 9/10. Finally!! First of all, I love the fact that there's not a single annoying character in here. Everyone is imperfect and we see lots of growth, even for the side characters. I love how there was no unnecessary skinship between the leads. Their love for each other was so great that they didn't need lots of skinship to prove that they love one another. Just by the way that they look at each other, you can tell how much they treasure one another. I appreciate how it was only 36 episodes so I didn't have to skip any scenes. With this drama, I can say that I'm very satisfied with the ending and how they wrapped it up. Last but not least, kudos to the writers! We have so many talented actors but such horrible writing that every time I venture into a Cdrama I just have to keep my expectations low. This drama is definitely a gem!

What a beautiful drama! It's been a while since I finished a Chinese drama from start to end without skipping any episodes. I usually don't like sports dramas but this one was really fun and intriguing to watch. I love how they showed their passion towards their sport and how their friendship slowly developed into a romance. There is no love at first sight here, just a very natural and comfortable progression of two people getting closer to one another and caring for one another. Wang An Yu is really talented! His acting is so natural that oftentimes I forget that he's acting. I really love the cast and the chemistry of the ML and FL.

I was born in the 90s, so I remember watching TVB dramas with my family, that was our family routine after dinner. In middle school, I was really into Jpop and Jdramas and in high school, I was obsessed with Kpop and Kdramas. As much as it's amazing how Kpop and Korean dramas are so universal now, I kind of miss the days when Kpop wasn't popular and it was something special that I could share with the few other people who listened to Kpop. Back in my middle school days, if you found someone else who listened to Kpop and liked the same band as you, it was really rare, so it was like you become immediate friends with each other.
