You should check again, you might be watching the english dub version. Search the show and two different options might come up. The show in the original language with subtitles and then the show where it will say Unmasked (English Dub) next to it. They do that on Hulu too. They have two different tabs for the same show and you don't want the English Dub one.

I've never read the book myself just have seen other people that have comment about the time jump and what happens after. I just watched episode 8 and it looks like the time jump will be happening in episode 9.

I'm not looking forward to the bad times that are coming for their relationship but I at least will say I'm glsd we are on episode 8 already and the time jump hasn't happened yet. At least means their rough patch shouldn't be too many episodes assuming we get them back together by sometime early in episode 11 so we have 11 and 12 of them happy hopefully. I just didn't want another My Marvelous Dream is You where they spent most of the show not really together.

Yeah I think that one is super underappreciated. Because it's so short at only 4 episodes it came and went so fast that just didn't have enough time for people to pick up on it. I often recommend that to people as a good short romance drama. Nice way to kinda dip your toes into kdramas.

Yeah I had just watched My Name and saw her in Nevertheless so decided to check it out and wasn't impressed. Then watched Soundtrack #1 and really liked her in that and then recently of course Gyeonseong Creature which I also enjoyed. Really, well then maybe I won't check out the J version.

Honestly other than the Soljiwan relationship I didn't really like anyone else in that show lol. I haven't checked out the new Japanese version of Nevertheless yet. It's on Netflix as well so I might see if it's any better.

I'd like to see it as well but we will see. hard to say until we get more about the actual storyline and maybe a trailer at some point. Idk if it's even started filming yet.

I mean from a drama to a movie definitely makes that more possible especially in Korea. Plus Han So Hee has done a GL film before with Heavy Snow. Idk about Jeon Jong Seo but I don't think she would have any issue with it and her and Han So Hee seem to get along well considering they often like each others instagram posts and have put out photos together as well.

It also might allow them to lean into the GL aspect more since I believe someone said that might be a part of the storyline with two female leads. Korean movies allow for this sort of plotline whereas you won't really get that sort of thing in a kdrama. At least not yet. So it might be for the better but I could also be completely wrong, who knows lol. Hard to guess since this isn't based on any sort of source material, it's a completely original story so we will just have to wait and see.

i agree she doesn't look like a teen so she wouldn't be the right fit but I think she is a good actress. Like her more in action roles though. she was really good in My Name and Gyeonseong Creature in my opinion. Also liked her in Soundtrack #1. Nevertheless was eh for me.

That's what I hope for too! It just feels too easy to be him with all the obvious clues they have been giving.

At this point if his friend is involved I'll be disappointed because they have made it so obvious. The whole I was away in Singapore that day just makes us suspicious. I hope they did that on purpose to mess with us. the photo kind of looks like his other friend that still works at the hospital he used to work at. I wonder if either the ML fiancé had an affair with him or maybe dated him in the past before the ML and never told him. That guy was pissed they broke up and she moved on to the ML so he eventually killed her. IDK just hope his friend Han U Jin isn't actually involved because it would be too obvious at this point.

if they go straight to streaming services like coupang or tving they get away with alot more. LTNS was a show that went straight to tving and they had alot of explicit conversations and dialog in that show.

I also noticed that the screenshot the person posted on Twitter showing wetv vip people being able to watch episode 2 already, said episode 2 of 12 so I'm thinking this show may be 12 episodes not 10.

Yeah I saw on Twitter that apparently if you have wetv vip you can watch episode 2 right now so somebody with vip must have posted both. I'm interested to see if that means next week vip members will get episode 3 or what's gonna happen.
