I like the leads together and do feel like they have good chemistry but there isn't enough scenes with them together and the storyline has been dragging. Feel like this didn't need to be 12 episodes. This whole episode felt like nothing happened really.

People don't have the patience for a slow developing story and a realistic timeframe for a relationship to build.

I think they just wanted us to think it was the sister back then and led us on until todays episode. cause that very much looked like a one night stand type of situation that she immediately regretted so I don't think it was her in the past. I'll be interested to see how that gate got opened in the past.

she has known since way back when they had school together. she protected him from the other girls that were talking about him and then he confessed to her that he was gay and she has been protecting that secret since then. they had a whole flashback scene explaining all this. Can't remember which episode though.
