But in some of medical drama they didnt blur the organ ,thats why i more like kdrama medical better than cdrama,,more real ,even we know that fake ,real feeling ,important, at least know what they are doing, their expression

Is it real original Korean version has been blurred?,, it makes me frustrated, it's not clear what i watch, when the woman in the gutter,, i think the killer cut her finger because it got blurry and it wasn't clear, its just be crooked zzzz , very hate watching blured drama ,,why they shoot if end up with blur? ,is the original is blured?
