Female lead travel through time.
I watched Rule the World and couldn’t fill the void after watching it. Found The Journey by accident, completely fell in love with it.

Same plot essentially but different conflicts! The leads sleep together and then part ways but somehow run into each other and then are constantly put together to do things where they have to not only deal with one another but their own emotions as well.

The female and male lead characters are quite similar. She's kind of spastic/all over the place and super expressive/emotional, he's standoffish/ introverted and intimidating to others, she ignores all that and interacts with him anyways. It's a silly romantic-comedy at it's core.

Strong female lead, the romance setting is quite the same - surrounded by working in the law field. I just get the same vibe from these two shows.

Although the settings are completely different, both shows have a masked 'hero' type, that is all about 'justice'. And the female lead starts to help the Hero and they fall in love in the process. Another comparison is that they have something in their past that links them to each other, even though its a trope we have seen in almost every drama.

Similarities:

In While You Were Sleeping the female lead sometimes sees people dying in her dreams.
In About Time the female lead sees the life clocks of everyone around her.

Both are about seeing death in way.
Black the woman sees a black shadow.
About Time the woman sees the life clocks of people.

Both feature robots. Instead of a a male robot it is a female one. Both robots are molded after real people.
Both dramas are romance.

Same slice of life feeling, while at the same time dealing with issues brought up during the work of civil servants/police officers. Both focus on human interactions and sometimes touch on sensitive subjects, but manage to avoid melodrama.

This drama seriously reminds me of Misaeng. The overall premise is the struggles of different office workers. There is also this at first misunderstood team chief (head judge of their department) who has tough time feeding and worrying about his family bc his character doesn't allow him to be promoted. He always scolds his hoobaes which gives him the image that he doesn't care, but he does a lot. The girl is a little different bc in this drama she is very confident from the start on, but both female characters have to fight female descrimination. Myung Soos character eventhough youd think he is the opposite of Ge Rae, still resembles him very much. Other judges don't like him and he continuously searches for the best way, the most right way while questioning his own thinking too. There is also this co worker who is all fun and socialable and you think he has no problems in life when in reality he struggles too but always works hard to lift up the mood of the group.

The plot of "On the Way..." reminded me a lot of Discovery of Romance. It was in a way, cheating but not cheating... There are both scenes on both dramas where you will feel the thrill of "getting caught". But its more felt on Discovery of Romance.

OTWTTA is similar to DOR in a sense that, they both have very confused female leads. Although the female lead in DOR is confused if she should choose an old love over the new, while in OTWTTA, the female lead is more into holding on to her old love while denying in her mind that this new male in her life is just a friend, but nevertheless, makes her feel better about herself.

Both dramas has a female lead thinking of keeping their current relationships, (husband or boyfriend) but another male came in (or came back) to shake their emotions, thus the drama. Plus in both dramas, you will be hooked by first episodes. They are fast paced and addicting.

The difference would be, in DOR, it is much more thrill of getting caught, but in OTWTTA, its much more calmer and comforting. Also, the husband in OTWTTA has the relationship broken already from the start of the series. While in DOR, the boyfriend is really playing it nice just to work out the relationship.
