Self explanatory.
Both dramas about two women who are the same meet each other. A duet in Blue hasn't aired yet so not much to comment about for now.

TTEOM broke you? Good. Love Beyond the Grave is here to finish the job.
• Same suffocating, otherworldly atmosphere, you never quite feel like you’re standing on solid ground
• FL Si Mu, like Tantai Jin, is almighty and terrifying on the surface, and devastatingly lonely underneath
• The plot is labyrinthine by design: chaotic, overstuffed, everything and nothing happening all at once, and somehow you can’t look away
• No matter what timeline they’re in, you feel their love is doomed. You watch anyway.
• The acting carries what the script sometimes can’t. Both casts earn every tear.
• The aesthetics and costumes are immaculate. The costume team said go big and absolutely did not go home.
• The OST is haunting, almost mystical

As far as having a main character who is a psychotic manipulator...these two have such a character in spades. Plus lots of tension and drama.

The plots are very similar and involve psychological suffering + revenge stemming from an incident brought on by a group of evil individuals. The male lead actors' skills in each are very impressive.

Similarities:
1. Both have an ER theme.
2. Both doctors help patients in extreme conditions.
3. In both, the hospital administration doesn't like them.
4. In both dramas, the ML is super good at his job ( TTCHOC ML is top-level).

Difference:
1. There are a lot of scenarios in TTC, unlike DD, which has a whole earthquake scene.
2. In TTC, there is no romance.
3. The ML in TTC have support from the government.

If you like the adrenaline rush from DD, you will love TTC and vice versa. The major difference is that there is no romance in TTC; you will not feel the need for it because it is very fast-paced and has a super charismatic ML.

Both dramas feature badass female characters. The female generals: Chu Qiao and Fu Yixiao are the best representatives we have. Actress Li Meng stars in both drama, too, play a character that previously played by Li Qin.

Similar theme on unity, peacemaking, and freedom from oppression. Minimum romance, highlighting politics and military maneuvering. The difference, Rebirth is a historical fantasy, Swords into Plowshares is guided by historical records. Both are realistic in depicting human suffering amidst chaotic era.
