Escaping Seoul for the countryside. Immersion with small town villagers and their amusing habits. Culture choc, humour and love story.
Cabbage your life is more on the comedy side also the two stories put a focus on the beautiful Korean countryside. Nice opportunities to discover small town villagers and different lifestyle far from Seoul.
Healing journey far from the city. Two females leave the big city to reconnect with themselves, learning about another life style.
2 stories about starting over from the city to the countryside, learning to slowdown and rethink about priorities in life.
Both are adaptations of Chai Jidan, with similar themes and dynamics. But 'Revenged Love' is a step up from 'Advance Bravely' because it isn't censored the way 'Advance Bravely' was with a visibly higher budget.
So if you were upset 'Advance Bravely' was made into a bromance due to sensorship, you will definitely enjoy the more polished and mature explicitly romantic 'Revenged Love'.

If you're looking for an ML who is an absolute loser in love, no-one tops Ryu Sunjae and MinMin (aka Ahn Min Hyuk)

In My Sweet Mobster, a CEO/ ex gangster falls for a struggling entertainer. In My Royal Nemesis, a monstrous chaebol falls for a Joseon villainess transported into the body of a struggling actress. Both situations lead to hilarious consequences.
Both are short length dramas in which the modern day FL transmigrates into a fictional world with a Qing Dynasty setting (novel vs. drama) and becomes a maid at the palace. She tries to keep the story on track and falls in love with the cold prince.

Equally sad story that tackles homophobia and queer love under the guise of friendship. In Brake, the love is unrequited and ends on an uneven note. I highly recommend watching this.

The main plot in both involves exam prep using cram schools techniques. However, the real story is about the interaction between the teachers and the students which begin with alot of resistance and then grow into mutual respect and growth. Ends are tied up real nicely and the ending is realistic in both. I watched Dragon Zakura while prepping for a major exam and it was inspiring for me hehhehe.
