Here’s an older kdrama that I kept thinking about while watching Forecasting L&W. There’s even a similar scene, with all the guys being squeezed in on one couch in FL’s apartment - which of course, her mother walks in on.

Both are also have good relationship with their grandfather's. The male leads are both dependable men and apparently common with the double identity trope. The ML's hold high positions in society but have a complicated distant connection to the palace/imperial family. In short, both dramas are about, double identities (male lead) and business/merchants (female lead).

The differences are, LND is more comedic ones and IDLYY is more melodramatic, although there is comedy tags in genre categories.

Did he do it? Didn't he do it? Is it a good guy or a bad guy? The masterful acting of the leads are incredible. The masterful story telling keeps you on the edge of your seat right up the very end.
