One is BL and the other M/F but both have a city person ending up in the countryside and unexpectently falling in love with a farmer. Both are light, sweet, and have pretty scenery.

"Heavenly Forest" is about a photographer named Makoto, who travels to New York during Christmas to look for his best friend, Shizuru. The two first met when Makoto attended his university entrance ceremony. Makoto tends to shy away from other people, but Shizuru made him open up to her. Because of their friendship, Shizuru also took an interest in photography; the two often went to a forest to take pictures. Shizuru wants nothing else but to be by Makoto's side so when he starts liking another girl called Miyuki, Shizuru decides that she too will like Miyuki and becomes her friend. One day, Makoto asked Shizuru what present she'd like to receive for her birthday. Shizuru, who wanted to enter a photography competition, had an idea to take a picture of the two of them kissing in a forest. Makoto agreed to do this and the two kissed for the very first time. Ever since that day, however, Shizuru disappears from Makoto's life.

When romance is thrown in the turmoils of history.
Both dramas start like your typical romcom, boy meets girl, girl dislikes boy... (Granted, in My Dearest the FL is wearing a hanbok while in Youth of May, she's running around in jeans.)

But then, history with an H intervenes. For Youth of May, the dictature and the shadow of the Gwangju massacre are looming over the happiness of our protagonists. For My Dearest, it's the Qing invasion that sweeps them away. So, if you like a *somewhat* realistic period piece that isn't all political and that still has time for some cutesie lovey dovey stares between the lead, these dramas are for you.

In both you have the perfect balance of lightheartedness and Melo

The FL is also frustrated and annoyed at the ML to the point she wants him to die. Her plan to kill him fails and the ML ends up getting amnesia. So she starts pretending that they are in a loving relationship. In the end they fall in love for real.

This may sound ridiculous. But these two have a lot in common:
-reborn again
-correcting mistakes
-not escaping reality
I can't say any more since it will give major spoilers but do give a scent of time a chance. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
