Dream of Golden Years and Marry My Husband’s similarities lies in the premise of righting regrets from the previous life. Both dramas start with the female lead’s past. It shows all her regrets and “failed life.”

After she goes back in time, she is determined to make the more of her new life using the knowledge from her past life (or the future). There is business ventures/career, romance, family, and many more.

Dream of Golden Years and A Virtuous Business share the theme of business ventures in the 80s and 90s.

-FL are both originally cannon fodder. FBS is a dead wife whereas LGEF is dead wife and villainess.

LGEF takes place in a supernatural martial based world whereas FBS is more court intrigue palace based with no supernatural plots besides fate. LGEF is way more comedy+drama based and FBS is more drama based.

LGEF is long format and FBS is short. LGEF is NOT at all as steamy.

What I call a "twin swap revenge drama". In Wife Returns, the poor, good twin disappears and the rich, cold-hearted twin takes her place for revenge. In this drama, it's the opposite, both events happen because of the villainous 2nd female lead.

This is the special episode of the drama 'Me and Thee so it naturally shares the same vibe. If you loved 'Me and Thee', this is an absolute must-watch for you! For those who haven't seen the original drama Me and thee yet, I highly recommend watching it first. It’s a masterpiece with a perfect 10/10 story everyone's acting skills and chemistry were amazing.
