Due to an accident, Sakura Hiraga gave up on her dream. She is now married and her husband runs a hair salon. They live in a luxurious penthouse apartment. The story will focus on a love triangle between the three leads. Eikura plays the role of Morimoto Naoko, a girl from the countryside whose first love is her uncle, Ikezawa Masato. There are for sure differences here and there, but both of these dramas give off the youth vibe, and is similar in content.

Both dramas give off the same vibes. If you're looking for a youth drama with idol MLs that's centered around the music industry and their romance, this could be one that you enjoy.

In the million stars falling from the sky it was the ml who was the suspect but in ice world its the fl enjoy the good suspense both series have to give although ice world has more suspense elements than the smile has left your eyes one

The J-version is based much more around the plot, the hidden aspects of their characters, the irredeemability of each of them. They are more flawed characters. Even though it's Japanese, it really reminds me in many ways of What Happened in Bali... the feel of the cinematography and direction, the unlikeability of each character, the messiness of the plot as it develops, the distinctly old-school dorama feel, the same sort of ending. The J-story is heavily focused on human weaknesses, psychological undertones, needs and desires, impulsivity.

The K-version is based around the feelings of the heart, emotions of love and affection, and the chemistry of the ML and FL. Both stories are dark, but when Koreans do 'dark' it tends to be more smooth and subtle... The casting of the K-version was so good, the acting leaps out at you and you can feel what all the characters are feeling. The ML/FL chemistry is fiery. The time they take with character development adds to the richness of the feel of the show. The characters are re-worked to make each of them truly loveable - you are rooting for all of them. They all are redeemable. Which makes the tragedy that much more of a tragedy.

Very, very similar. The main lead is a twin brother who takes care of his sister and has a difficult relationship with his father, and his mother remarried rich and all that jazz.

Anyway, it has the youthful, sincere, nostalgic feelings this drama does. It's got some good bromance as well, but mainly focused on the brother and sister, but these two shows have the same family and friend dynamics with a quirky, funny, yet annoying male lead lol.
