In Unicorn ni Notte the old man is more open minded, willing to learn, and try new things out whereas the old man in Kkondae Intern is a bit stuck in his old ways. They go through a considerable amount of growth by the end.

Both seasons 2 took more of a super Hero vigilante turn with funky style of using the power. The only difference is season 1 uncanny academy had lot of main character so it doesn't felt hard but for strong woman bong soon main focus on three lead where has for season 2 it had plenty of characters more are less as team of superhero.

Both about a prince falling for a commoner,
K2H is with more action and strong female lead (not just mentally).
PH is with more comedy and more romance screne, its easy going

HML is a lot better paced than LYOL imo, even if the main plot is a bit dull. The characters are much more likeable there too.
Lead couple are as adorable with a great chemistry and lots of banter, mutual support and small skinship with each other.

Things HML did better:
Same unfortunate obsessive second lead nonsense trope, in HML it is SFL instead SML, but it is handled much better than in LYOY. She is shown as unreasonable for the majority of the time while LYOL lacks that too much thus far.
Maknae couple is cute and has good development in there instead of being just annoying as hell.
Likable secondary couples with well developed progress, unlike LYOL thus far.
Antagonists are challenged regularly instead of being left to their evil devices.
Development of main/lead couple's relationship has a clear line and progress without the artificial "we can't be together" nonsense.

Here the main protagonist and antagonist is played by the same person that is Yang Se Jong. Here the both protagonist and antagonist are twin brothers who were experiment of an organization. The similarities between both the dramas is that both villains suffered a lot from their childhood and at last they died but in duel the villain was not betrayed he tried to escape from bad people instead. Also Kim Jung Eun is present in both the dramas
