Both have fairytale vibes/nods to Cinderella with the shoes. Both MLs are popular, FLs are a bit awkward and unpopular students.

They are both based on the manga "Hana Yori Dango" (Yoko Kamio) and there are many scenes in F4 Thailand that are taken at the same background like Meteor Garden 2001, such as Thyme and Gorya ars trapped in the fire escape just like Daoming Si and Shancai did, and that Gorya is bullied physically by her schoolmates such as Shancai was.
And also MJ (Nani) totally has the same vibes as Meizuo (Vanness Wu). They are the only adaptations of Mimasaka Akira that are totally the same as the manga, it's like they both came out of the comic.

Both dramas are business romance with about 50% business and 50% romance. "Stand or Fall" has a more rom-com vibe, and "Fake It Till You Make It" has a more realistic/slice-of-life vibe. The lead couples in both dramas are strong, independent, and mature. They communicate and are honest with each other. Both are on equal footing in the relationship and are all successful in their respective careers.

Both are very similar
The FL can't be with the one she loves because of the obsessive love of another men.
There is a lot of betrayal, court problems and power struggle in both.
In KW you recognize the enemy because he is the main character, but in PS you only gonna find who he is a bit later.
The Princess Silver is somewhat lighter in the beginning, but it turns out very painful.
