Although Fahlanruk wasn't my all time favorite, I do think that if you liked it you'll like Bed Friend because they both follow the "friends with benefits" trope. I think the main thing that makes these two similar is that one person catches feelings for the other one and then things spiral out of control.
But yeah so if you liked Fahlanruk then I definitely think you give Bed Friend a try!

Both have a similar feel - the leads were close in school and then driven apart, meeting again years later. Both FLs are withdrawn and depressed, and are struggling with very difficult mothers, fathers who don't attempt to help/let the mother do what she wants, and a brother. The MLs were playful when young, but now cautious of being hurt again.

In both dramas there is an idol group who is struggling both as a whole (their popularity has tanked), and also each member individually is dealing with one thing or another.

Each member gets help from the main characters to overcome their personal battles, and in the end, they all get closer and the group comes out stronger and more successful.

FL is a housekeeper who helps a bunch of boys from a failing boy band become successful and reach their dreams.

The romance involves an older woman and younger man.

Somewhat similar vibe, sweet couple who like each other but it takes time. ML is calm introvert who struggles with social interactions and FL is curious.
FL is college, WIFTY is mostly high school.
Both have more than one couple.

First Love is a bit more average/basic in terms of characters and acting, chemistry takes time but it’s okay too. WIFTY has a score of 9.1, FL has 7.8

Both are historical fantasy dramas with a similar feel and vibe between the leads that begin with the FL rescuing the ML who is instantly taken with her but she treats him more like a child and calls him an odd endearment ("monster" vs. "little one"). Years later the FL returns with a different, harsher personality, and the two seem to be on opposite sides, but the ML is still in love. Both have an identical scene where the FL is invisible, spying on the ML, but he senses/sees her anyway. Both plots involve a magical and dangerous sword that the ML has.

the story isn't same but the chasing part is there just in HL female lead chases first where as in MFB male lead chases first

Well both the dramas are about how women are treated unequally and how main characters wants to change the mindset of the family

I feel both are quite same just the themes and the story line is different.
In both the main leads are mature and understand each others feeling I like both of the drams just I prefer HL then P&C.
