Both fls are one of my favorites. Both rock a bob and more seriously, both dramas are about 2 competent, smart, beautiful women that builded their careers from the ground up but both face the same discrimination and close mindedness of the man centered corruptions
Both also have 2 psycho bosses that do know and acknowledge the fls powers but still can't tolerate a woman in power

The business stepup, girlboss, and corporate struggles are the same in both dramas
Tho agency sadly lacks the female centredness tho I do hope 2fl is going to build a bond and support fl

Both Agency and Black Dog share the vibe of female struggles in a work environment. In BD she was an uncertain newbie that didn't know if she'll survive the high tides while in A the fl is already well established and more than proved herself in her position but still the struggles and instability are the same, also the supporters

Lee Chang Hoon is also in both as the sweetie supportive coworker who's almost like a brother to the fl

If you were looking for Season 3 of Age of Youth this would fill the gap!
Created by the same writer, there are a lot of similarities and undertone references

"Seasons of Blossom" is a drama and "Waiting for Rain" is a movie .

You will have same kind of youth and old love feeling in both. Same " not-being-together" feeling.

Frankly, there's not much much similarities in these two , But I am sure, If you liked " Ha-Min and So-Mang" chemistry , You might Like " Waiting For Rain"

If you liked I Hear Your Voice then you might like Pinocchio, without knowing they were written by the same person I managed to see the similarities in both drama. Other than having the same actor in both drama the ML is orphan and he has to deal with his tragic past to let everyone knows the truth. I really enjoyed both shows but I still prefer I Hear Your Voice.
