Both GL centric but Transit Girls has more of an apparent romance between the two main characters and episodes are longer than Lily Fever.
=> Both dramas depict how the North South Korea divide affects and separates people
---> in CLOY, it's the couples being separated and cannot be physically together for a long time
---> in Curtain Call, the grandma is separated from her first original family from North Korea
=> Female lead is a CEO in both dramas and Choi Dae Hoon is playing the brother of the female leads in both dramas.
=> Though male lead in Curtain Call is South Korean, he is pretending to be a North Korean character so that North Korean aspect of him makes him similar to the North Korean male lead in CLOY. Curtain Call male lead is also an actor and he plays North Korean characters in his plays, one time even mentioning Hyun Bin (CLOY actor)
=> Bonus: Female lead Ha Ji Won once worked with Hyun Bin in Secret Garden

WR: A hothead and arrogant baseball player and a feisty baseball fan (of the opposing team) get involved in an online feud. To remedy the baseball player’s potentially bad (and career-ending) publicity, the baseball fan, who happens to be a judo expert, is hired to be his bodyguard. And she so happens to be a woman.
CB: An arrogant Second-generation businessman falls for their cute but tough bodyguard due to a huge incident.
Strong Female Lead Bodyguard + Arrogant Male Lead = Similar Plot.

Both seem like a warm melodrama where the female lead moves to the countryside after leaving the busy city life. They both meet a male lead who is a librarian or a bookstore owner.
Different telling of the same story.
During the Tang Dynasty in Yangzhou, two beautiful ladies are due to marry on the same day. Du Bing Yan will wed the seriously ill Qi Tian Lei, the third and prodigal son of the Qi Mansion, while Li Yu Hu must marry the bandit Yuan Bu Qu, who recently kidnapped her martial artist father. En route to their respective grooms' homes, both brides visit the Temple of the Mountain God, which suddenly erupts into flames. In the ensuing chaos, each boards the other's marriage sedan! How will they deal with the consequences of this mistake?

This is the drama this one is based on.
During the Tang Dynasty, two women are due to wed on the same day. En route to their new homes, a rain shower forces them both to seek shelter in a temple. Downpour over, Du Bing Yan and Li Yu Hu quickly set out again. Unbeknownst to the people lifting their carriages, each is delivering the wrong bride to the waiting grooms! Through a series of trials and tribulations, the newly-paired couples grow to love each other. As they say, “it’s fine to get on the wrong bridal carriage so long as you don't marry the wrong person.”

Both dramas are about fairies coming to the human realm.
A little fox demon has come to the mortal world to repay a debt. She takes the place of the bride in marrying the cold general Gu Yu Fan. Their relationship which starts from marriage turns into love.
Gu Yun Fan is hailed as the god of war of Tiansheng Kingdom. He sustained injuries after leading an army to defeat invaders from Beirong. In order to ensure that the Gu family bloodline will continue, the emperor orders an arranged marriage. To repay her benefactor, little fox demon Xia Jiu'er marries into the Gu family. After many twists and turns, Gu Yun Fan and Xia Jiu'er reveal their sincere affection for each other. Can they break through the boundaries between humans and demons to be together?

Has the same leading man. Although this is a low budget production, I enjoyed it. In the time of the Yi, Humans, the Wolf tribe and the Witches lived dangerously together on the land of Zhangzhou. The divine maiden of the Witch tribe, Mi Qi Qi, was sent to the human world by her master from the tribe and is then embroiled in the fight of king Lu Ao's harem. The two eventually joined hands to calm the chaos of the three tribes.
“Legend of Yunze” is a Chinese censored GL (but with a lot of chemistry and glances and mini touches lol) wuxia series whereas “Couple of Mirrors” is a Chinese censored GL romance too! :)
- Female lead travels back in time in both
- Both FLs go back to school days
- Friendships are explored
- Everyone notices a change in the female lead
- There is mystery surrounding a death
- Uncannily similar vibes but Shining For One Thing is lighter
- Proactive male leads
