Both have strong and ambitious female leads. Sometimes there are love triangles but "A girl similar to me" has a love triangle between her and two other guys and then another girl who also likes her boyfriend.
He doesn't even see her, but then there are more love triangles which make the story more interesting how everyone is chasing someone but only the main couple returns the feeling to each other.

"A girl like me" is actually interesting and kept me on my toes with some plot twists. This is a great thing because I mostly think dramas are boring and the same script with different actors.

There is not much to say why they are similar, more where they are different.

It feels like Revenge Girl is a Chinese remake with a sprinkle of dystopian future on top, and more wuxia style of fights with less dead bodies than in 'The Witch'

Both are BL dramas, which main story involve two people who knew each other since childhood and fell in love later in their lives (while growing up).

This is actually very different to LBC. It is a short movie about the perceptions society has towards hearing impaired people, with a BL spin. That said Taiichi reminds me of Can so I thought I would add this here for those who like Can.
