Thai BL dramas. 2 characters from TST share a very similar storyline with the main couple in Brothers. I can't reveal which ones because it will be a spoiler :)

Although these two shows are very different in various aspects, they have a few things in common. Both of them are about a character that travels into another dimension/back in time and goes through many ordeals because of it. The two of them are also romantic comedies.

Both shows :
-Portrait ice skating theme.
-Same genre( Youth, Sports)
-The two young people came together because of skiing, accompanied each other, and subtly affected each other's growth.

Both shows have the same concept of focusing on one character's problem every episode and having the main characters make things worse in one way or another. Both main characters don't seem to be human either.

- both surround a group of mix gender friends
- both incorporate worklife
- both have side characters within the group that like someone else in the group
- family of characters play a lowkey big part to the FLs relationship in both

- girl more competent from the beginning in in youth + stays in 1 work like, major. ig more focused on one thing.
- imo the friend dynamic is cuter? idk more strong/shown in in youth.
- less messy romance in in youth

- both have group of friends (+lowkey relate/connected somehow to each other dating wise)
- both focus around work/ish type and how they develop
- friendship between females is strong and face challanges (dear missy has more dynamic between the two as in more clashes of opinions and rely o each other more as they are the main ppl)
- SPOILERR one of main couple in both get together officially only in the end
- both have characters going through different relationships that is not the "end"

- in young and beautiful i feel that other relationship is very much more explored, you rlly do root for them at times especially in the lead up and beginning of it (despite maybe feeling more for the otp) they are also more intertwined. in dear missy you really get the set pairs early on (and like root for them) and the guy one of the girl was dating is more obviously shown as not for her.
- in dear missy the girls are already very well versed in their jobs while young and beautiful the girl is very much not, and really trying to find out what it is she can do and like

Nodame Cantabile in Europe similar to Naeil's Cantabile as it is Korean Remake of the same drama of same story.

These two are rather similar in regards to the main lead having sort of beast like characteristics due to their parents. Arthdal Chronicles is also a sort of historical take on the concept as well, similar to Gu Family Book. The main male leads are either Song Joong Ki or Lee Seung Gi, so you can't really go wrong there. Arthdal is on Netflix though if anyone is interested.

- Classic Thai films which were really grossing during its release.

- In Both, Fan Chan (2003) and the first part of The Love of Siam (2007), it is depicted a pair of kids who live next door and are childhood friends. We learn about their innocent relationship and their (temporal) separation.

- Music has a strong presence in both films. In TLOS, a character is a musician and likes composing songs to share his feelings, and in Fan Chan, Thai 80s music makes the adult protagonist come back to his childhood and remember his first love.

Both cute NADAO x OPPO spots, short films, starred by Billkin and PP and created by the same crew: Director/Screenwriter and Cinematographer (just like ITSAY.)

Both shows are produced by Na PD and NJTTW team, & aired on TVN and Channel Full Moon on Youtube. Mino appears in both as main cast. In Mapo Hipster, it’s a friendly fashion competition between Mino and PO while Song Minho’s Pilot is centered on Mino only. Both shows will surely entertain and provide you with so much laughter!

Who is The Murderer is a Chinese TV Show about 6 people + 1 detective trying to find the murderer among the 6 players. Each episode has different cases to solve, and sometimes different casts as well. It's also quite funny. The first two and last two episodes are usually the best because they are filmed in the actual location and not in the studio. I suggest you watch it if you like detective TV shows like Busted. It might not be as good as Busted but it's still a good show.
