The difference is that in "Scarlet Lip" the hero mocks the heroine in every possible way (due to a misunderstanding), and in the drama "Shao Shuai Fu Ren Cai Shi Zhen Qian Jin" the hero treats the heroine well, always defends her and protects her from evil people.

If you have watched Love Me Love my voice this is a drama that gives a similar vibe and would ease the “missing “ of that drama.
The ML of both dramas are in the medical field professionally and have a secret artistic famous persona
The FL in both dramas is a fan of the ML’s alter ego and gets to know him in both personas.
Their relationship is low-angst in City of Romanc but Love Me Love My Voice. has zero angst.
If you watched City of Romance and enjoyed it first - go - run. - watch Love Me Love My Voice. There is no traumatic childhood aspect but the music takes it over the top.

Nesses dois doramas temos o casal principal envolvido com crimes, Suspicious Partner é bem mais leve e tem muito mais humor, mas assim como em Flower of Evil temos assassinos muito bem escritos e crimes muito bem articulados. Assistir pelo romance também vale muito a pena, mas você tem que aguentar um pouco de sofrimento antes do final.

Romance e suspense na dose certa, Flower of Evil está níveis acima de When the Phone Rings por vários motivos, mas eu particularmente gostei de assistir os dois e eles me fizeram gostar mais desse tipo de dorama que envolve casos investigativos.

Undercover High school drama is a good drama which has a similar vibe of Weak Hero Class 1.
It focuses on mystery, friendship, school bullying.

Both have the same author Salmon, part of the same megaseries 4 elements, and characters from the four series will interact on screen.
