Recommendations

Although Missing is a supernatural mystery genre and TOAO is a melodrama, I found the Duon Village from Missing and the Hospice in TOAO to have similar atmospheres- how almost everyone has a sad story to tell yet find comfort and peace in the village/hospice.

Healthy
This is the only other show that came to my mind if I think about healthy relationships. The mindset of the female lead is really great and the story is heartwarming.

Both are adaptations of Doctor Foster which makes it have both the same genres. The only difference is one has a wardrobe them and both series have different settings based on the country.

This is part of the series. Though in a different section but the actors have phenomenal chemistry. All from the same novelist.

Love at First Taste the boyfriend is an alien while in My Girlfriend is an alien the FML is the alien.
They both fall in love and both have something in each others body that the other needs to either be alive of go home.

Angel's Last Mission and Love at First Taste are both similar in the points of both FML meet someone that isn't human and fall in love with them.
While one is just the career is down the drain the other will die soon.

They both deal with learning to love someone in a unique situation and go through the trials and errors of learning how to start a family.

I don't know how to explain it right, but both of these fantasy dramas gave me a certain vibe that makes me believe that if you liked one of them, you would like the other as well.
Now, if you haven't seen any of these dramas and you don't know where to begin I could just simply say (without spoilers) that "the gu family book" has more "clear" romantic moments.

both are a older woman/younger man both fl’s are lawyers too and both look quite similar in terms of plot wise apart from the superpower ofc

A bit similar plot about younger ML & older FL who attracted to each other but FL already married but FL & ML had an affair. If you like this kind of genre is a must watch drama. Saito Takumi is an eye candy for sure.

In both movies the leads deal with a difficult past and are feeling lost together. Unlike Better Days, No Call No Life doesn't involve bullying. In both movies they are on the run.
