Similar in terms of learning to work as a team with different, clashing personalities; coming of age story (albeit Dive is College)

While not really the best out of the Thai's, there are similar treads of coming of age, leadership, swimming, and friendship.
The differences come where the Thai story is, of course, a BL

Both have the theme of Body swap and through the obstacles they face withe their bodies and surroundings they understand the meaning of life

Japanese bl adaptation

Both about youngster raised by villain. One is a drama the other one is a movie. Young innocent main lead later found out the man he/she respect and lookup for, was the father’s killer. Revenge and strong surviving skill with a touch of romance.

Falling into you is like gender role reversal of the main leads
In MMN there is an uncle niece duo fall for a sister and brother, in FIY there's an aunt nephew duo falling for a brother and sister,
In both dramas ML help FL in healing from the past and provide strong emotional support,
FIY is more much more shorter and light hearted as compared to MMN (it contains slight toxic side character relationships )

Both are about a couple, which tries to survive the turmoils within their own family and circle of friends and save the family company. Both male leads have crazy sisters, which tries to sabotage their love lationship. Female leads are innocent people, which learns to lie even to their most loved one.

They both are quite similar. In Padiwaradda, he's a sheriff whereas in MLSG, he is something of the same sort (forest officer, I believe). Both are set in a village. Also, the female leads in both are not who u expect to be. Their real identities get revealed at one point in the drama.

Both series are about troublemaking wealthier male leads falling and becoming better men for older female leads. Both series are fun to watch. Unlike Promise Cinderella, there is couple air time and it's is sweeter in Last Cinderella. Also, there are more side stories in Last Cinderella. LC deals with more adult stories than PC.

Both dramas depict a pampered princess who falls in love with her servant while going through arranged marriage. This forbidden love, however, does not last long and they are torn apart by family.

both males lead enter the police academy for a specific reason to investigate. they meet a professor there who they have previously met and don`t really get along with them at first but slowly start to work together to figure out the mystery within the show.

Both are shows with the main couple being actors from Johnnys Entertainment. Both are a BL and a Japanese drama.

-Things don't go in the favor of leads but they learn to accept it
-No real "evil" second leads
-Overall similar vibes in terms of emotions on losing what is important to you

Crime Puzzle is similiar to Doctor Prisoner not necessarily in not in the medical genre per say as much as the psychological mind games of a doctor who loses his medical license for malpractice applies to work at a prison, where his plan is to cozy up to all the bigshots there—business tycoons, celebrities caught for doing drugs, sports stars guilty of gambling—and to win allies, with the ultimate goal of getting revenge against the hospital that ousted him. In Crime Puzzle a criminal psychologist confesses to a crime he may have not committed to enter the prison system and uncover a ring of corruption that reaches far beyond anyone's imagination.
