Recommendations

Both dramas are crime solving and thriller, mystery , suspense, action. The main lead of the drama is detective. the male lead in both dramas seems to have dark past and have something to hide. Both dramas have many twists, turns and surprises.

If you liked ALAYLM, then you might like Sealed with a kiss. Watching As Long As You Love Me reminded me of Sealed With a Kiss. The plot is different but I noticed a couple of similarities:
1. The ML blamed the FL’s parent for his father’s death
2. Cohabitation
3. Cold ML/Naive FL

Both have the same type of story , even though I did not like it some will like this. It is disappointing that it don't have subs.

Both youth female centeric drama deal growth, friendship, and love in their twenties and are helmed by same director. The difference is BY set in 4 years of university while TYLO only set in 4th year of university.

I’ve only watched a few episodes of ALAYLM and the plot gives a similar vibe to Secret. But I enjoyed Secret better than ALAYLM because Secret has a bit of humor and other interesting tropes involved.

The plot is different as SP is set in varsity while AKO is set in the workplace.

Similarities:
In both dramas, the FL first met the ML when they were younger and then they meet again as adults.

The ML falls for the FL as a result of some supernatural force at first.

I like watching about other cultures.
Tiger and dragon is another drama about Japanese traditional culture. It's about rakugo, an art of storytelling. It's nothing dark or mysterious like WwDS, T&D in comedy genre, relationship.. but I really love the way it sarcastically teach life lesson in each story

Similar concepts where male leads were raised by wolves since a very young age. They had no contact with the outside world until they meet the female leads

Another similar genre type of storyline. Involved about a princess / a heir from the previous dynasty, that her whole royal family had been massacred. Also involved in politics, fights among the princes for the throne, from a sweet to bitter to a regretted love affair.

-Family "adopts" a subhuman creature and ends up really liking him

It's basically the same plot except that The Guest is much better written than Possessed. And it's what people who initially started watching the drama would've hoped to see from the drama before the writer decided to give up on the plot of Possessed.

The Guest is basically the drama that the writer of Possessed would have wished they could replicate in terms of storytelling but failed miserably. In terms of making the antagonist, in this case the main evil spirit/demon, The Guest did it better without making the demon be too overpowered or overly exaggerated. The conclusion of The Guest also was much more satisfying and less depressing than Possessed.

similarities:
1.Both MLs are badass, smart, confident, and protective
2.Both dramas center around revenge
3.Both deal with corrupt rich people
4.The antagonists in both dramas were layered and interesting

differences
1.In LL the FL was wayyyyyy more badass and capable. In k2 Anna felt more like a side character tbh
2. There are way more (and better) romance scenes in LL than in The K2. They also had more chemistery
3.LL made more sense

Despite all the differences, both dramas are rlly good.
LL bc of just about everything and The k2 bc of Ji Chang Wook ;)

first of all, I gave both of these dramas a 10! which doesn't happen often.
similar in:

1. Both ML's are incredibly smart, capable, and badass (Healer more tho ofc)

2. Male leads have a cold side but also a very sweet awkward side.

3.Both FLs are innocent, kinda victims, never give up and prove that they are capable in their jobs at some points.

4. Both drama's center around media, corruption, rich people, revenge, and reporters.

5.I loved all the side characters in both dramas. Some were interesting, mysterious, and intriguing, while others were sweet, supportive, and funny.
