In both shows:
> A psychopath hides in plain sight. He has learned to read emotions since he doesn't have feelings.
> Said Psychopath falls in love with the FL and tries to understand her (empathize).
> Psychopath was raised in a disfunctional family and has a difficult relationship with his dad.
> FL is earnest, though a bit useless.
> There is a love triangle.
> Both deal with an aspect of crime.
Differences:
> Beautiful Mind is more character driven whereas Born Again is more plot driven.
> There is more romance in BA but it's built via a cop-out (fate). Whereas in BM the romance isn't the focus, but that and the relationship between the main leads is better built.
> BA focuses on crime from the prosecutor/forensic perspective. Whereas BM focuses on a hospital and a possible crime committed there.

Relationships are falling apart, and being rebuilt in both dramas.
In One Spring Night, the female protagonist is stuck is a situation where not only her ex won't leave her alone, but her family is very much against the idea of her new relationship (single dad).
Both dramas are like a tug of war for relationships, and both build this slow burn of emotion that can be enraging, and satisfying.

The Battle of Changsha depicts the war between the Japanese and Changsha and other Chinese Cities. Very good series!!!
In both the dramas, the female lead gets transported back in time to another era. OME is chinese whereas ML is Korean
In Theory of Love, there is a pile of movie references, among them, Dear Dakanda. TOL's first episode name is because of this film.
On the other hand, both productions tell a story about secret unrequiment love for a close friend in a college ambient.

- Same director.
- One character from My Girl appeared in Dear Dakanda.

Republican era drama setting with Japanese x Chinese war as background. There is thin line to define who is your friend and who is the traitor.
Espionage drama with 1941 era setting background. The main lead go undercover as Japanese agent. The danger of playing between 2 parties is the main theme of this drama.
Both dramas the boy and girl do not like each other and have sit together
At first they don't like it but then they can't sit without each other wow CLAPS
Both dramas the boy and girl are pretty different from each other
And lastly both dramas the boy falls in love first

It has the same sweet and same vibe of 2gether, just a slice of life type of storyline, not too much drama, but with an ample amount of bed scenes.
-Both have the main leads with a physiological problem.
-Female Lead is a doctor.
- Rich Male lead.

The female lead lives in the modern Republic of Korea, while the male lead lives somewhere more outdated and dangerous. Both have travelled between their 2 'worlds'. Especially at the end of both dramas, when they have to go their separate ways and the main lead has to return to where he is from.
Just like 2gether, Kiss Me Again also featured BL relationship in one of its main characters. Although both of the shows had the same Director (Champ), I think Kiss Me Again was done better compared to 2Gether.
We are presented with the fundamental question of whats right and whats wrong?
Also, I cant help but draw comparison from wei wuxian and zhao feng both extremely value the people around them they are pure yet the world is making them suffer.

I really couldn't bare this drama through to the end, however I know some people that did, so I recommend Angel's Last Mission to anyone that enjoys plots similar to this one.
Both dramas feature L as a main lead and personally I enjoyed the latter as there was a much stronger plot complimented by the comedic arrogant female lead :)
