Look at the posters, they are the same! LOL these two movies gave such sentimental feelings.
I can say that both are very very very similar!!!
But they both got their own plots, personally Ii still liked Us and Them better, but both movies were good!

Older woman/younger man relationship between a working woman and a student. HKWS is much more of a taboo relationship since the boy in not only in high school, but is actually her student at cram school, but the FL acknowledges keeps her distance (or tries to), so it feels cute rather than creepy like some other teacher/student series.

Not sure why exactly, but synopsis of Jao Gum Nai Wen reminds me of Blood & Treasures. Both are about husband sacrificing their wives and they reincarnate and seeks revenge.

same male lead teehee
love, romantic
however i recommend Unmei because I want to show you what a good/realistic drama should be. Second-Love is unacceptable for me so i give you a better alternative.

In both Gong Hyo Jin plays a single mother and the performances of child actors are brilliant! Both have a picture of life in the small village/ country town near the ocean. Both have a great scenario and a bit odd and peculiar romance.

The only similarity is unique & gold sit-com u can't find anywhere else. They simply make daily things interesting and hillarious. Not everybody get the jokes i hope they just dont give bad score due to not understanding.

They both take on similar approaches to their story by making them lighthearted and just fun to watch! They both actually make fun of the existing tropes within the historical period dramas, and the female leads are quite similar as well.

The life of the White Fox is like another version of My Girlfriend is a Gumiho
= they have the same leading character which is a fox
= the second leading character having the spirit pearl (while on the MGIAG is called beads)
= fox chasing the other leading character to get back the spirit pearl

they have the same vibes as for me. when the first time I read the introduction of the life of the white fox, my girlfriend is a gumiho is the first thing that cames into my mind. at first, I thought it was a Chinese adaption from Korean version but they don't actually have the exact plot and so on.. but yeah~ if you liked watching this, you will also surely love watching My Girlfriend is a Gumiho

Both of the couples have some amazing chemistry!!!
For both dramas: before dating, they dislike each other for specific reasons, but in TWM, one of the leads has a girlfriend.
Too much spice in every episode!!!
Both dramas show campus romance, friendship and characters are charming too!

Similarities:
both FL are lost by their mother
mother adopts another child but everyone thinks they are related by blood
FL is being taken care by a happy, warm but not so wealthy family
antagonistic sister will do anything to prevent real mother meeting daughter
sister tries to steal everything that will make FL happy
Differences:
A tale of two sisters focuses more on the family problems than romance
production not that great, but story makes up for it
there is no heir involved. Instead of embroidery it shows announcers
