Both are 2019 romantic comedy dramas with cute romance and boss-secretary relationship. They have similar vibe so if you like this type of drama you will probably love both.
The story takes place in school and has gay relationships. It tells the story of a boy who's in love with his high school friend.
Both are sports related dramas where the FL helps the ML with his skills. There is also the same school and romance theme as well. The love triangle is also quite similar where the SML supports the FL and ML even though he likes her. Both are quite light and enjoyable dramas to watch.
Both dramas revolve around gaming and have some annoying antagonists LOL...Gank Your Heart imo has a bit more dimension than Love O2O, and I feel like is portrayed a bit more realistically. The romance between the two mains is really cute!!!
Both series are historical. They have a strong focus on the customs and daily life of the noble families during the time period. The main female lead is also intelligent and headstrong.
Body switching between parent and child, where it is between father and son in Tamiou, it's mother and daughter in this case.
Both are epic wuxia movies where a group of male and female assassins try to take down the emperor.
Differences is that one is set in Korea and one in China.

Both productions have similar premise - terminally ill women decide to travel (either by pilgrimaging or road-tripping)
It's almost exactly the same. The vibe is somehow similar to each other. If you love Deep in my Heart. Try Meloholic too.You might like it.
Both have dark and intense plot... gruesome to the point that they can make you cringe, Both are about catching a psychopath.
Both drama's tackle issues of the FL not understanding love, and being confused whether the ML's advances are romantically or sexually charged. The FL in both dramas are played by the same actress Morikawa Aoi, and the ML in Kakafukaka is the 2ndML in Bungaku Shojo. They aren't too similar in regards to the type of drama though, Kakafukaka is much more quirky and odd (and has more of a sexual theme), where as Bungaku is more conventional.
Same female Lead
Elements of fantasy
Political drama
Some comedy but is a melodrama
Writing is better in my opinion

Both movies have breathtaking cinematography and unique non-linear plot where past and present mix together
Both movies feature quirky male leads that travel across desert regions of China because of crimes someone else committed
