Even though the leads aren't cats, it's also a heartwarming and pure drama about a bar who comfort their customers, and has 3 main characters. Cinematography-wise, it's pretty similar too, it has the exact same warm vintage & somewhat autumn based colour scheme making it a visual treat for the eyes. Overall if you're looking for a drama that's a delight from the start till the end, then I'd suggest you to give it try!
Similar premise, centre around trauma patients in difficult situations. Also features a struggle to maintain the clinic/hospital ship afloat due to financial pressures.
These two dramas comes off with a similar vibe, where both male leads possess a supernatural ability. In both dramas, the antagonists are ultimately after revenge and the male leads are trying to protect the female leads from involvement as they work together to solve murder cases. Both are thrillers with romance, neither contains comedy and both have mature acting where the female leads got a backbone.
Both drama focus on a sick character who reunites with their past lover.
You will definitely cry watching both.

Same feeling.
Sick character finds love.
Tragedy that will tear your heart apart.
Really really emotional acting.

Set within a hospital. A vampire works as a doctor. A battle between good and evil as well as immortal love takes place.
-Revenge based plots following both of the drama.
-No moral "the criminal needs to be punished by the law".
-The duality of a human being when forced out of them.

Very similar theme: a soulmate type of BL that has a very turbulent journey before finally reaching happiness. Definitely a most watch.
Both dramas taking place during pro-democracy movements, and are about a blooming romance between youth during such troubling times.

Douluo Continent is a deeper fantasy-based version of Fights Break Sphere. The genres are one in the same, but Douluo focuses on spirits while Fights Break Sphere focuses a lot more on the martial arts. They're plotlines are very similar, both involving an evil "Soul Hall", and a similar story of teamwork and self-discovery. There is also that aspect of romance within it, with that same sibling dynamic in Tang San and Xiao Wu's relationship that Xiao Yan and Xun'er share. Both are lovely watches, and if I were to have a say, I would say Douluo is the better produced drama. The CGI is actually unbelievable compared to many other fantasy Chinese dramas.
Douluo Continent has 2 very charismatic and talented leads as Fights Break Sphere did, and one of them is Sean Xiao Zhan as Tang San, who originally portrayed Lin Xiuya in Fights Break Sphere. Hope that helps and you choose to take on this other amazing drama!

Before The Untamed, my first ancient Chinese drama was Handsome Siblings. Going into The Untamed, I notice that the dynamic of soulmates Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji were very much alike to the brotherhood of Jiang Xiaoyu and Hua Wuque. The red and blue, black and white relationship, I like to call it. There are vast diffferences in the dramas, but that same plot of discovery, connection, and love (in different ways...) are portrayed in the two dramas.
The Untamed is an ancient xianxia drama, which is much more fantasy related with talismans and stuff. Handsome Siblings on the other hand is an ancient wuxia, but both dramas share similar plotlines of "who is the real villain", and finding out how a little bit of dependency on each other is important. The characters are all charismatic in their own ways, but as mentioned before, a similar dynamic is present. I enjoyed both very much, so I hope this is helpful!
