A confident male lead: In both dramas, the male lead is wealthy, influential, and extremely self-confident—sometimes even arrogant. Beneath that exterior, however, he has a more vulnerable and caring side.
A capable and independent female lead: Both heroines are intelligent, hardworking, and not easily intimidated by the male lead.
A romance that begins with tension: The main couple starts off clashing or misunderstanding each other before gradually falling in love.
Lots of comedy: Both dramas blend romance with humor, featuring awkward situations, misunderstandings, and funny dialogue.
A male lead who falls in love before admitting it: In both stories, the hero becomes increasingly protective, jealous, and awkward once he realizes his feelings.
A love story connected to the past: Both dramas gradually reveal past events that have a major impact on the characters and their relationship.

Old man/mature queer love stories happening in office. Also one lead gaining self esteem through the series
Beautiful office romance queer series
Office romance and huge height differences between them
in both show, there an office worker who is in depression and feeling like a failure and another man inspires him
Office romance queer tv series
Older, mature love story between two men. One feels like he is the failure one and with the other one's help, he start to find courage
One of the actor for male lead is the same
Kinda has the same relationship dynamics. Same master-servant relationship that kinda turns into obsession for the one in power in the relationship
both are BL romance dramas with a strong rivalry-to-love / enemies-to-lovers feel, emotional tension, and lots of angst, jealousy, and misunderstanding.
They also share a young adult setting and focus on two male leads whose relationship grows through conflict, chemistry, and eventual emotional honesty.

•Similar to Penthouse such as infidelity, school bullying in the past, motherhood, revenge and betrayal
•The protagonist and villain is very similar to Oh Yoon Hee and Cheon Seo Jin
•penthouse and towerhouse
•makjang elements

I feel both dramas have a similar premise where people are fighting for something so and it's like in the 1900s so
*both male leads have altar personalities.
In love song for illusion, Saju hyun has a demon/ second personality called akhee, unlike Hyun, he is loud, active and into more "manly" topics then hyun. Both Saju hyun and ryu soo yeol got them from childhood trauma.
*Unlike bad and crazy, which is quick to diagnose its main character with DID, love song for illusion never diagnosed its main character, to stay in the historical fantasy romance catagory. But the signs are there, like memory loss, altars interacting with each other and Akhee knowing more about Saju hyun because he is the one his mind created (possibly) rather then the original personality knowing more about the demon.
