Both are GMMTV produced higher budget shows that are adaptations of a very popular story/novel/manga that has also seen a lot of other popular adaptations (among those also a very popular korean one!). Lots of overlap between the cast - especially Tu and Win - two popular actors who play main characters in both.

Love triangle, side couples

Both are thai thriller dramas about two people having to team up together and combine their knowledge and strengths to solve a series of gruesome murders. One of the characters is a police officer investigating the case and the other is the prime subject, who is also an artist. An unlikely connection starts to form between them that (almost) becomes romantic.

Both are gmmtv produced series in which two guys who starts off as rivals have to work together to solve a series of murders that are connected to one of them (in Mr. Kill, the murders are inspired by the MCs comic, in Dare you to death the MCs brother is the prime subject/at risk of getting killed). During the investigation, the leads become very close in a romantic/bromance (Mr. Kill) way.

Both shows are dramatic thrillers with Dew playing a main character and Chic Sakon Tiacharoen as the director. They characters become involved in a bloody series of events that they try to stop.

GMMTV produced shows with a lot of overlapping casts. In Burnout Syndrome, Dew got in between the Offgun pair, while in Mr. Kill, Off seems to disrupt the DewTee pair (or he at least shows up in a similar enemy/rival role than in Burnout Syndrome). In both, the main characters is an artist too and the vibe seems more serious.

Both shows are Thai GMMTV produced BROMANCE shows (so no direct romance but very strong bond between the two main male characters and similar promotion than BL). GMMTV saw a lot of success with high school frenemy so Mr.Kill is their next attempt at establishing such a bromance pairing, using the previously popular "ghostship" DewTee.

Both stories focus on a series of murders that are all done in the fashion of a particular story/manga/book. The main characters try to stop this series of brutal murders.

Both stories feature a manga artist male lead aiming to uncover the real identity of a serial killer as that person is somehow directly connected to him. Thriller, Crime, murder mystery

Both are Thai Boys love shows that have the same directors ( Tonnam Piamchon Damrongsunthornchai, Zaanook Jukkroww Nipitpon Muangsinun).
Romance, comedy, youth

Thai Boys love show about idol life/training/behind the scenes and romance. Lost to Light is about trainees and seems more light hearted while Thamepo is about a group close to disbandment.

Both are thai boys love shows with the main characters finding themselves stuck in a time loop. Subsequently, they try to escape or break it while falling in love on the way.

GMMTV produced Boys Love shows that have some kind of time manipulation element and that star (Fluke) Gawin Caskey in on of the main roles.

Gmmtv produced BL dramas with a main character that is a boxer who becomes involved with somebody of a different (but adjacent or connected) profession (Wandee is a doctor of some sorts treating Yoryak, Nick is a journalist writing about Zack in Round One) through a fateful encounter. I dont think that aesthetically theyre too different either. Seems like round One will also include some nc scenes.
