I'd also recommend SOTUS because all three of these series share some of the same actors, are well written, and have BL too, if that's what you're looking for.

Both are office dramas and both revolve around temporary employees and their struggles. Incomplete life is more serious and it was done better (it has some philosophical reasoning related to Baduk(Go)), still both of them are really enjoyable. Actually, Incomplete Life has almost a perfect story so if you liked Radiant Office, you'll surely like this one.

Both are better at the supernatural school themed plot - in their own case - then one can imagine.

School themed supernatural plots, "Whispering Corridors 3" is the most light from the franchise and is a good match to Nightmare Teacher.

Both are supernatural, mystery, and school themed. With different main plot, but very alike in many other ways.

Both are about children who witness the cruel death of people they love, and who promise to avenge them once they grow up.

Those two dramas...taste the same, I should say.

In Ouroboros, two childhood friends choose different paths to avenge a loved one: one a path of light, the other a path of darkness. They are compaired to an Ouroboros, two dragons biting each other's tail, symbol of eternity and harmony of light and darkness.

In Orthros no Inu, two men are connected by a mysterious bond: one is a good man cursed with the power to kill by one touch, the other is a criminal blessed with the power to heal with one touch. They are compared to Orthros Dog, a two faced dog, one good, one evil, bound together by destiny.

Both are japanese dramas based on josei mangas. The female leads deal with unemployment and the male lead end up hiring them.
It is about adult life, money and relationships. The two of them are funny but also real life situations.

Both are a mix of romance and drama, the romance of this show being separated by time travel (very similar to W's two world separation).

Kora kengo is an acotr in both films. Norwegian wood is more melodramatic than yonosuke which is more slice of life and comic. Both have the same nostalgia around youth and life
