Just like 49 Days, the main theme surrounding Rooftop Prince involved scheming, greed and theft of property/money.
Both shows focuses on the struggle of the MC in terms of finding out that the people closest to them were the ones who hated them the most. However, they each don't find it out directly as themselves.
I think it's really enjoyable just as 49 Days and it both captures the theme powerfully in a sense.

Seo In Guk is great in both HIGH SCHOOL KING OF SAVVY and REPLY 1994. Both portray: young adults from nontraditional households, where one or both parents are missing and they are supported by a sibling or friend of the family. Both include One sided love, and Romance.
Both MY DEAR CAT and WONDERFUL DAYS are long running Family Dramas. Quirky Lovable Characters.. Complicated Marital//Parental relationships.Shady business men and a hint of Romantic Comedy.
The main character and the episode type are similar. The main difference is that GTO is set in a school and IWGP is set in the street.

From the same mangaka (Keiko Suenobu) if you liked the atmosphere of one drama you probably will like the other... even though "LIFE" is generaly just about bullying in school life.
Both dramas are more than 30 eps. Both have the whole birth secret storyline and they deal with inheritance of a family company.
Same director, same feel (at least for the first episodes of DS). One has a medical-spy plot with political implications, whereas the other concentrates on the political-spy part.
Same story line, two strangers who suddenly get involved and after that can't get away from each other.
Great acting, a lot of suspense, and although the overall outcome might be predictable for some viewers, the movies are absorbing and kept me glued to the screen.
