Both dramas:

~ the male lead is a popular gamer and very good one
~ are Rom-coms
~ FL takes up a goal to learn gaming
~ all the support characters have acted well and added comedic plots to the series
~ the story is not to heavy and light and flows well

They are similar in terms of how the drama or gaming is shown. It kinda looks like virtual reality. Both the dramas have their differences as in terms of their plot and character's behaviors and the actually purpose of the story but both revolve around gaming and have their own comedic factors. Both the ML's in them are smart and popular in their own way and I find that they are entertaining in their own respective ways.

In both dramas, the female lead pretends to be a servant at the male lead's house. The servants in MKKM most likely referred to this lakorn, as the female lead in PKK is a student doing research for a school project, just as they mentioned.

— Both dramas include students as the main characters ( well Nobody Know’s main character is a female detective but a high school student is apart of the main cast. It revolves around the high school student falling into despair.
— Both dramas start off hopeless, you feel like nobody’s going to save them. You’ll feel aggravated at some of the characters, though Save Me considerably has more twisted and insane characters

They are not that similar but not that far of either. Anyway, both dramas are amazing imo

The over the top reactions and the main character narrated introspection are as hiarious as the ones seen in Ossan's Love trilogy

Both films touch on the subject of a buddhist monk being tempted by love/sexual desire for a woman.

This is an old drama that came to my mind.
In the cdrama they switch emotion and pain between each other.
While in the kdrama they end up switching souls.
It's kinda similar n kinda not soo

It's not really similar to Dear Uranus but I do think it'll be easier to find GL titles because they're still rare so I recommended it!!
There's also Chasing Sunset (which is completely the opposite of Dear Uranus as it does talk heavily about mental health and mental illness). Both Pearl Next Door and Chasing Sunsets are GL's from the Philippines :D

The villain of the Sky Castle, is the heroine of nobody knows. This drama also deals with the issue of how children suffer due to adults. Both the dramas revolve around school children. Both dramas has a case of illegal exam papers. But Nobody Knows has more of a criminal aspect to it.
