Happy Boy Love Shows for the depression season32 minutes ago
Both are medical dramas in which the main character is a mysterious surgeon who has unconventional ideas about doctors.
Both have a bit action but focus on surgery etc.
While doctor stranger also focuses on the main characters love interest, romantic doctor focuses on ethics and interactions of the characters.

While doctor stranger is about a north korean defector and his love interest, yong pal focuses on the difference between rich and poor and intrigue.

While the motivation of the leads is different the themes are similar. Both dramas cover the fight against corruption, romance and action scenes.
While city hunter is mostly about revenge healer is about the mysteries of the past.
The main characters are quite different but both hide their true self, are trained in martial arts and have fake identities.
The lead actress is the same, though I think her performance in healer is way better then in city hunter.

Obviously the topic matters are very different - one deals with rape/sexual assault trauma and the other a terminal illness, but the main reason I recommend these for each other is because of the heartwarming family theme.
Expect to have some tissue boxes around you and lots of buckets to catch your tears. Both really made me feel bittersweet, emotional, and just warmed my heart extremely.
Hope arguably has a more dramatic and darker undertone while the pace of My Palpitating Life is much more slow paced and relaxed, but I think the family bond is what tore my heart most in both movies.
(I cried so much in Hope, but only teared up in My Palpitating Life because I think the tones are so different but I just loved both movies and after Hope I had been looking for more loving family movies.)

Both are about a group of people stuck at one location. Both have suspense, mystery, and are somewhat dark with a theme for survival. White Christmas is about a group of students stuck at an school over winter break whereas Missing 9 is about a group of celebrities stranded on an abandoned island.
I personally think that they both are really funny. And Hana Yori Dango is super sweet and adorable, just like Mischievious Kiss.
Both drama's are Time Period dramas. Both have an evil Queen. In SHR the Queen is more evil, whereas in Hwarang the Queen is more neglectful.
In Goblin the flashbacks in history are in the time period of Goryeo, in which Wang Yeo (Yo) is King. Wang Yo is a character present in Scarlet Heart Ryeo. I think it's very interesting to see Yo being portrayed by different people. Both drama's have very emotional plot-lines to them, definitely have tissues prepared if you watch them.
Same person wrote both dramas. Both have fantasy characters present in them. In Legend of the Blue Sea the main female lead is a mermaid and in You Who Came from the Stars the main male lead is an alien. Both drama's have the same female actress playing the parts of the female lead. There are a few other actors/actresses that make appearances in both dramas.
Cha Hakyeon (N) stars in both dramas. Both are web-dramas. Both are slightly confusing and short!
They are very similar in terms of how they present the bullies and the bullied.
They both revolve around bullying and how a bully can easily become the bullied.
Both dramas deal with a single parent raising a son, while the other had no clue about the kid's existence. In AC, it's a single mom but in TKFH it's a single dad. Somehow the parent that left crosses path with the kid, spent time bonding with him and grew fond of him. When they found out the kid was theirs, they go through a custody battle.
Same situation where the dad pays off his debt using his daughter.
